It encompasses over 1500 square feet of luxury, all dedicated to your comfort when you are not out enjoying the beauty of Kauai. It is ideal for groups of up to four adults or a family with children. Located on the spectacular bluffs of Princeville, on Kauai's North Shore, it affords every opportunity for exploring and enjoying this amazing island. The Cliffs resort amenities include beautiful pools, outdoor jacuzzis, barbecue grills, free tennis courts, a putting green (golf nearby), a childrens' play area with basketball and shuffleboard, and a book exchange library. State of Hawaii taxes include Excise Tax in the amount of 4.712% and Transient Accommodations Tax in the amount of 10.25%.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cliffs. We’ve stayed here before, but this was our first time in an oceanview unit—and it felt like such a treat. While the unit isn’t modern, it’s comfortable, well‑maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a wonderful stay, including full kitchen necessities, umbrellas, beach chairs, and even a boogie board. The layout and size were perfect for our family of six, offering plenty of space to gather together as well as room for privacy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Amazing ocean view is highlight of this condo. Boogie boards and snorkel masks have seen too many tourists, best to rent your own. We found 4 cockroaches during our 10 day stay, not pleasant, but I understand they can be a problem.

Great unit in the best complex

We love the Cliffs and have stayed multiple times there. This is a wonderful end unit with great views. Everything needed in the kitchen and comfortable furnishings including great beds!!! Thanks we will be back!
