This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom beach house is perfectly designed for large families or multiple families vacationing together, comfortably sleeping up to 13 guests. You're just a quick 3-minute golf cart ride away from the beach.

The bright, open-concept main floor features a welcoming living area with a large sectional sofa, a dining space, and a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and white cabinetry. Step out onto the main floor deck to use the gas grill for an evening barbecue or simply relax in the sun.

This home uniquely offers two master suites, one on each level, providing privacy and comfort. The upstairs master suite also features a private balcony and a dedicated workspace with a desk and Keurig.

Bedroom & Bathroom Layout:
Main Floor Master Suite (Shell Room): King bed, Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and a deep soaker tub.

Upstairs Master Suite (Starfish Room): King bed, a separate twin bed, a full private bathroom, dedicated desk area, and access to a private balcony.

Upstairs Queen Bedroom (Coral Room): Queen bed and a Smart TV.

Upstairs Bunk Room (Whale Room): Two sets of twin bunk beds (sleeps 4).

Flexible Sleeping: Two additional fold-up twin beds with memory foam are available.
