Both areas have amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping and plenty of night life. The apt is fully renovated and has everything you need to enjoy the salt life. It shares a back porch area with the other 3 units.

This property is literally on the beach. It has multiple views from the property. If you are looking for a place close to the beach with amazing views, you cannot find a better place.

This unit is part of a 4 unit building. You will have your own private entrance and the unit is on the bottom floor with amazing expansive view of the Atlantic Ocean. Note that there is a unit on the second level so you might hear noises from walking around.

Street parking in the area is available but there is a public parking lot beside the building.
