We had a great stay and enjoy the amenities with the rustic bungalow. I will definitely recommend this place and hope to return. Au Train is just absolutely beautiful and we made it to so many amazing locations around here. Thank you Superior Times!
The cabin is clean and quaint! Bathroom and bath house were very nice and clean and stocked. If we were to travel that way again we’d definitely stay here again.
The location was central to the things we wanted. The cabin was very basic but offered exactly what we needed (bed, heat and showers). The host was good with communication. Would stay again!
Located a short distance from Munising, MI where we were able to enjoy many hiking trails, waterfalls, lighthouses and the Pictured Rock National Lakeshore. The bugalow was a perfect size. The campground was for the most part clean and quiet. Would stay here again.
Superior Times Campground was an excellent place to stay for exploring the area near Pictured Rocks. The campground was clean, peaceful and conveniently located. The host/owner was friendly and helpful. I would have liked for the Bungalows to be spaced a little further apart for privacy; however, it is comparable to standard campground spacing.
We had everything we needed to be comfortable and have tons of fun. I traveled to the area with my 2 young kids and 2 dogs to do some sight-seeing and our time spent at the campground was our favorite part of the trip! Great atmosphere, clean/excellent condition of our bungalow/restrooms/showers, lots of fun things to do right there, and staff that went above and beyond. We can't wait for our next opportunity to go again!
The cabin was nice. It was clean and plenty of space for 2 people.
We felt that a shower curtain is needed to stop the over flow of water. The toilet area cod have used some scrubbing.
All in all we vwry mu h enjoyed our stay.
place was super clean when we arrived, and a very easy check in process. we got there after dark so we had a hard time finding the bungalow, but the camp staff was really helpful and nice and gave us a map. there was more
places to charge electronics than i thought there would be, and a fan and heater along with a good size fridge. the bathrooms were a lot better than expected for a campground as well! very clean. overall a great stay in a beautiful location close to munising and marquette
We really enjoyed our stay. The bungalow was so clean and nice. We are in our 60's and 70's and had a problem with the mattresses. If you have an air mattress that would solve the issue. But we really enjoyed our stay!
The cabin and Bath/shower rooms were amazing. I could not have asked for anything more. Clean facilities, beautiful area and the staff/ family running the business were fantastic. I made a mistake and had no one to take care of my dog for a kayaking outing. The staff was kind and offered to dog sit.
My brother and I needed a shelter after a backcountry camping trip. We found this listed and it was perfect for our needs. The heater cranked! Thanks for everything!!
Cabin was perfect for our needs. Clean and comfortable. Mini fridge was a super bonus. A little close to the next structure for those who value a little space. Check in and out was seamless. Nice facility overall. Warm showers. Unfortunately seems the property next door is doing construction and worked until 9pm on the first night of our stay which was a bummer.
I wanted to get away for a simple weekend with my family and this was the perfect little place for us! This bungalow provided all the basics that was necessary for us and the bathrooms were very close and clean. The most beautiful part was their view of the lake and the quiet campground. (Our toddlers were probably the loudest) the playground was great for our kids as it had a little to offer all ages we had. It was one of the first chilly weekends and We were all pleased with the cute electric fireplace that heated up our bungalow in no time. The beds were all pretty squeaky with every move you made but it wasn’t enough to wake the toddlers which is always important! Other then that we were all very pleased with our entire stay. I have already recommended staying here and would certainly go back again! Heather was very prompt and easy to work with.
Superior times was a great place to stay for our 1st anniversary trip. We had our dogs with us and they enjoyed the grounds as well. The bungalow was the perfect size. Check-in and out was simple. This was a great location as we traveled to Munising and Marquette. Highly recommend the bungalows here!
New cabin . Convenient to bathrooms . Is on a campground, very close together with other cabins. Not a lot of privacy.
Loud dogs but not the campgrounds fault.
A clean easy place for a night's rest .
Bungalows were pretty nice. Very clean. I will say that they are pretty close together and so 5 wasn't my favorite because ur right behind two other cabins. Beds aren't very comfortable but better than sleeping on the ground. Would definitely stay again.
