Vacation resort. Clean, secure, and furnished end unit condo on public golf course. Great location with mountain and lake water views from most rooms. Patio completely furnished. 22 pools , Tennis, golf pavilion, gym, Hilton hotel on site. Centrally located with an 11 min drive to El Paseo, 12 min drive to Palm springs, 13 min drive to Palm desert. The Palm Springs International Airport is 10 minutes away. A $1000 refundable security deposit, completion of lease agreement, and HOA registration packet is required for leasing. A $350 cleaning fee is also required.
