Unit includes a two-car garage and back patio that looks out onto the 14th hole of the Woodhaven Country Club Golf Course with views to the San Jacinto Mountains.
New stainless steel kitchen appliances, a living room with large couch and dining room create spacious and comfortable living space for guests.
The facilities at Woodhaven include an 18 hole golf course, driving range, tennis club with 8 courts including 4 lighted and a remodeled 34,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. After 25 years of visiting Palm Desert, I decided to purchase my home away from home in Woodhaven. Its amenities, location and convenience make it one of the best places to live in the area.
What makes this property unique
Woodhaven is an outstanding community with tons of amenities and a convenient location. My home has been recently updated with new flooring, appliances, master bathroom, painting and HVAC system. With three bedrooms and three full baths this 1808 sq ft unit offers privacy and a crisp new feel.
