Saddleback is very welcoming and spacious home, it has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The interior is comfortable with plenty of room to relax after a long day out on the lake or riding during the off season. The home is equipped with a shuffleboard for your entertainment and a BBQ out in the covered patio. Located near the exclusive Lake Havasu Estates neighborhood. Close to the golf course, 10 minutes away from the Marina and Havasu's downtown area. Now, only five minutes away from The Havasu Riviera Launch!
