Nestled just 5 miles from London Bridge, come enjoy the beautiful views of the lake and mountains on a quiet street that backs up to a wash. Whether your BBQing with your family, enjoying the gorgeous pool & spa, admiring the beautiful sunsets or just watching a movie inside, their are NO bad days here!

THE SPACE

Includes fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker and coffee supplied. 4 flat screen smart TV's throughout the living room and 3 bedrooms. Free WiFi, linens, towels, complimentary toiletries supplied. Central air conditioning and heat, reverse osmosis system along with ceiling fans in all rooms.

*Tenant Occupancy List is required with everyone's names and ages - These are the only people allowed to spend the night during the reservation.
*Your Safety Matters - Camera's are located around the exterior of the house (Front door, back yard and over our pool equipment on the side of the house).

Great Havasu accommodations.

Property was very neat and clean. Very nicely appointed. Beautifully furnished and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood with ample driveway parking. Listing says approximately 1500+ square feet but felt like much more. Large master, large living and large kitchen. Would like to stay again in the future during warmer temps so we can appreciate the pool as well.

We enjoyed having a room for each of us. Plenty of room. We had difficulty figuring out how to run the hot tub and pool. The owners contacted us immediately to explain. We had no complaints we would love to rented it again sometime.

The worst experience

The owners called the cops on us. We supposedly broke house rules. Which we didn’t. We ended up leaving after the cops showed up. The cops they really couldn’t do anything but only relay the message to us that our stay was being canceled. We literally were on the water all day got back to the house at 7pm and got kicked out by 8:30. We were all hanging out in the pool about to bbq. The house says 6 people can sleep over. I had 10 over for the bbq because my parents decided to show up and surprise me for my bday so we had them over as guest. They weren’t going to stay over night. The owner over reacted and kicked us out because supposedly had to many people over and she stated we’re having a party. In our case we were hanging out and bbq. Mind you it’s memorial weekend. We’re we’re doing what every Americans were doing memorial weekend… being with family and bbqing. I will never book at with Vrbo haven’t been refunded my money.

Mr. Brito, It's unfortunate you failed to communicate with us during your stay and advise us of your plan to arbitrarily violate our established House Rules by having additional guests stay over. These House Rules, that you read and agreed to, are established to protect our property, respect our neighbors and the community. Guest who violate House Rules, have parties, leave confetti all over our home and have no communication during their stay give VRBO Host a bad reputation in the community. Due to your decision making, VRBO attempted to reach you on several occasions after you would not respond to us. Therefore, it was decided your reservation needed to be canceled and you left at 12am. We strongly believe in having good relationships and communication with all of our guests and only ask for the same thing in return. God Bless!

Worth the price for a great pool home!

Nice house, on upper north side of town away from any craziness- short 15 min drive to site six to launch a boat for free… otherwise 10 min to town. House was great for entertaining friends, lots of seating and a very open floor plan. I will definitely be back! Pool was nice and wasn’t too hot like some shallow pools get in havasu in the summmer.
