The space
Everything is available for use (depending upon the season). Kayaks (2), pool (Memorial Day Thru Labor Day), fireplace, pool table, ping pong, table hockey, tennis court, theater room, televisions (2), and 7 acres of property.
All toiletries are provided, fully furnished executive kitchen, pool floats and outdoor barbecue grills (2).

Guest access
Everything is available for use (depending on the season). Tennis court, pool, pool table, theater room, river, kayaks, and indoor amenities.

Other things to note
Security cameras are posted at every exterior entrance as well as one viewing the pool. These serve to protect both estate guests and the owners. This space is not listed for use for parties, gatherings or events. Guests may not sublet the listing. Guests may not modify the individuals included in their reservation without notifying hosts. House accommodates up to 16 individuals. Children and infants under the age of 2 are not included in the total guest count. If found to be hosting an event or party during a stay, guests will face immediate eviction.

It was a great place to stay

The property was better than advertised. It was bigger than I thought it would be. Outside of the home is a great place to spend time with the family. The home had everything that you could possibly need it’s like they have thought of everything. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Dream Vacation

The swimming pool was a big hit for all! Playing tennis was fun for the younger adults and the 16-year-old loved the basement pool table, darts and her own space! The soda pop provided was wonderful and an added bonus for her. Seeing wildlife was a plus for the seniors. The bedrooms in the house are set up so the younger children and seniors can still stay on schedule with bedtimes and not be bothered with the noises of others in the house. This house was the ultimate for our 3 families. Plenty of space for all. Truly a DREAM VACATION!

Family Vacation

This was our first experience renting a house for a family vacation and it could not have gone better. Claire & Evan (our hosts) are great. They were communicating with us before the trip with any of our questions quickly and with great detail. They were concerned with a small issue before our arrival and they let us know before we even arrived. The home for our family was more than spacious and they provided us with all the necessities any home would need. They even provided a wonderful welcome basket along with some fresh locally grown peaches - Which were delicious. We are already discussing when we are going to go back. 5 Stars all around.

Has Everything

The house was sized right for a family group of 12. Comfortably appointed and furnished and the beds were comfortable. The pool, hot tub, river kayaks, back patio, tennis court and large lawn area were great for kids and adults. Very private and down a long, tree lined lane.
