Pebble Beach Lakehouse Oasis with Medina Lake Views!

Welcome to our beautiful and spacious 1800 sq ft home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedrooms have a king and 2 queen beds, along with king size trundle bed in the living room. Come enjoy our 2nd story covered patio with an amazing view of Medina Lake! Our upper and lower covered patios have tables, chairs, and a gas grill. We also provide a fire pit to enjoy with your family or friends. Our home is a 5 minute walk to the water. Plenty of parking available for your boat and a few cars!

House is furnished with full size refrigerator, stove, washer, dryer, and microwave and everything else to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We provide 2 Smart TV's and a wii gaming system as well as free wifi, fresh towels and linens, gourmet coffee beans, assorted sweeteners and creamer. We also provide a high chair, pack-n-play, ironing board, iron and hairdryer. Shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent and washer and dryer provided. We also provide a king size trundle bed that is available in the upstairs living room.

Outdoor activities include walking/hiking, fishing, swimming, and boating. Boat rentals are available at several nearby locations. Within an hour's drive, consider horse-back riding, antiquing, wineries, or check out the town of Bandera, the "Cowboy Capital of the World," as well as theme parks and the National Shooting Complex.

The lakehouse is located on a quiet street and most neighbors are permanent residents. Loud music and voices carry so if partying is what you have in mind, it's best to consider another property.

There is no boat launch available in the neighborhood. Options for launching are Red Cove Marina, Joe's Place Marina (each about 6 1/2 miles away), or Medina Lake County Park, 8 miles away.

July 4th Trip

I stayed at this VRBO location over July 4th. The home was clean, close to the water, and exactly as pictured. However, I would personally recommend staying at another property. Following our stay in the home, the property owners charged me an extra fee for a broken upstairs shower. During our stay we didn’t use the shower upstairs, as when I attempted to use it the first time it was already broken. Note that because of our short stay of only 2 nights and not discovering the issue with the shower until midnight on the first night, I did not report this issue to the owners. While the property was nice, I wish I had chosen another property on VRBO in order to avoid having to deal with this situation with the VRBO claims department.

We personally cleaned the house prior to this guests stay and the shower upstairs was in good working order and after their departure it was not functional. We charged a small fee to cover the cost to have it fixed. In the future please let your host know if something is broken. We actively manage our own properties and take pride in keeping everything exceptional before each guests arrival.

Great lake house getaway

VERY clean! We enjoyed our stay. The kids had plenty of room, loved the fire pit and loved the deer walking around the property in the evenings and mornings. The owners have taken care to anticipate every detail, including a coffee station, bottle openers, and leaving visitor's information for our convenience. We could not find access to the lake, though, as most other property owners have fenced yards and do not allow pass-through. But, we were able to use this as a great getaway and a launching point for lots of fun activities in San Antonio.

I am a father of 2 amazing daughters and a husband to a wonderful wife. I am a practicing Physician Assistant that works primary with the geriatric population in San Antonio. My wife is a dentist and we also invest in real estate. We enjoy going on vacations to enjoy each other and meet up with friends and family. We starting hosting others to enjoy some of our houses in 2015 and are enjoying it so much we decided to purchase this one on the lake that we can enjoy a portion of the year as well.

Why they chose this property

Our house is very comfortable and has everything needed for a pleasant visit. We have always wanted a lake house to enjoy with our two daughters before they get to the age we "are no longer cool". So we put some work into the house to make it what we wanted and decided to share it with other people to enjoy with their friends and family.

What makes this property unique

Neighborhood is very quiet and plenty of white tail deer to enjoy. This is a great home to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily living and take some time to relax, enjoy the lake, hang out in the hammock by the firepit and just enjoy time with family and friends.
