This condo is located in a quiet complex, not a high-rise, and offers unique features such as a cathedral ceiling (24 ft), open living room, and two balconies with unobstructed views of the Gulf. The interiors are stylishly decorated with ceramic tiles, marble mosaics and granite counter tops. The condo sleeps up to 8 guests (1 king bed in master bedroom; 2 twin beds in second bedroom; 2 twin beds in loft; queen sofa sleeper in living room). The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. The master bathroom offers a Jacuzzi tub. Other amenities include washer and dryer; free Wi-Fi internet access, LCD HDTV, cable service and DVD player.The dining room includes a bar area with wine cooler. Guests have access to a shared, private pool. The condo is situated on beautiful Pensacola Beach at the entrance to Gulf Islands National Seashore park. Miles of pristine beaches where to enjoy bird-watching, fishing, sea shell hunting, are just few steps away. Come to enjoy the Emerald waters of the Gulf and to recharge, or simply to relax. Sorry you didn't like the public beach. Many guests like the fact that there is a public beach with wood crosswalks to the sea across from the condo.

Love the beach!

Great location. Plenty of space. Needs better kitchen supplies like chefs knives, new frypans. Needs towel racks on decks and more in bathrooms. Bedding needs to be refreshed. Pillows and comforters are old.

Great location! We loved the bay on one side and Gulf on the other. Thankful for the last minute reservation and quick answers to questions! Our children enjoyed the pool as well. The master bath shower was a bit strange, the condo needs a broom in the kitchen so we could sweep up the sand, and could use a good deep cleaning. But otherwise was fine! Thanks for a pleasant stay!

We had a great stay. The location of the condo is superb, right on the beach, with fantastic views from the balconies. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth. We would stay there again.

Perfect Gulf-Front Getaway!

My friends and I had a fantastic time. The location is excellent - it overlooks the Gulf, not the Bay, with stunning emerald waters right in front and no obstructions. Just walk across the street, and you're on the beach. This area is less crowded than others, which made for a more relaxing stay. The property features balconies on both the first and second floors, offering great views. The owner was very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this place and will likely rent again.

The condo is comfortable and clean. The beach location is excellent as is the pool. The owner was extremely reaponsive and nice. I cant recommended this place highly enough for a Pensacola getaway.

Location, location, location

Our family has been vacationing at the beach for many years. We decided (for the first time) to try a condo. What a great decision! We specifically did not want a sterile high-rise condos with tons of people and the sand lined with rental chairs/umbrellas. This one was perfect! It’s a two-story older condo complex with the ocean on one side, the bay on the other and a good size pool in between. The condo is clean and has plenty of seating. The beds were super comfortable and the small galley kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. The condo is down near the end of a very quiet road (near the state park) so it was much less busy than other areas of Pensacola Beach. But it’s less than 5 min to some great restaurants. All in all, a lovely time was had by all of us. Many thanks!

Loved it! Views were great and property was very convenient with bay on one side and ocean across the street. Quieter from the hustle and bustle of down the street but close to get everywhere. I was with my family and another. Condo is laid out well for everyone. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great week being together as a family. We enjoyed the location. We really enjoyed the Bay more than expected but it was wonderful when the surf was very strong. It was great to have both options. We loved the free trolley service, too! We will definitely come back to this location again. Host was very responsive when a minor repair was needed.

It was great. Weather wasn't the best but still had plenty of beach time. Recommend this place. Three bedroom, 3 bath is a plus. Love the master suite. Relaxed in the Jacuzzi tub a couple times. 5 stars. We will definitely be back.

Property was very spacious - had plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Great location, quick walk to gulf or sound side and many restaurants within a few miles. Was nice to be next to a beautiful state park and was perfect to watch Blue Angels practice from. Owner was very quick to communicate and made booking experience very easy. Will definitely return!! Thank you!!

Great Location, Comfy and Spacious!

Myself and several friends selected this condo and couldn't be happier that we did. The condo is well stocked with all you would need. It is right across the street from very nice gazebos with charcoal grills. 2 beaches in walking distance. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any of our questions. The place was clean and slept 7 of us quite comfortably. Would definitely recommend and if ever staying in the area, will start with this one if it's available.

Rented this location for two weeks for a family vacation. Had a great time. Great location. Overlooks the Gulf not the Bay. Emerald loveliness of the Gulf right in your face with no obstructions. No problems. You can walk across the street to the beach. Less crowded than other places. Balcony on first and second floor. Beds comfortable. Tastefully decorated. Fort Pickens is right down the road. Cool place to take the family. I recommend and will probably rent again.

Disappointed in cleanliness, love the Palm Beach Club complex though

I’ve never taken the time to write a review on a property but this one just made me so disappointed I wanted to help other people. I love this location and complex! Beach views are awesome. However, this condo is dirty. Not much else to it. It needs some TLC to make it a worth the money.

The guest complained about few issues. The cleaning lady was sent in to take care of the complaints immediately. Apparently, not good enough. We will have a new company to take care of the condo starting the next season.

Nice beach front property with some issues

Just came back from a 3 night stay here. The description exactly matches with what is mentioned on this site. Some minor issues - lack of towels, paper towels/toilet paper, trash bags. Just a very few were provided so we had to buy all for three days. For the amount being charged you can expect there will be enough of these items present for 3 nights stay. Location is awesome and a great view from the place which is what we valued most.

We sent in a property manager to the condo immediately after receiving the complaint about the toilet paper/paper towels. A guest opened the door to the manager and when asked if any extra paper or anything else was needed he replied that there was no need for anything. We leave 3 rolls of toilet paper in each of the 3 bathrooms, 9 rolls total. Not sure what the problem described in the review was about.

We had great views. The unit is at the end of the road, so it was convenient and quite. The owner was cooperative and quick to respond when we locked ourselves out of the unit.The unit, however, was dirty. We had to sweep and dust in order to even feel comfortable and sanitary. The owner needs to contract with a different cleaning service - one who actually cleans the unit!

We are sorry the guests found the property not up to their expectations. We wish the guests had contacted us and made their complaints known during their stay, like they did more than once when they locked themselves out. Had they mentioned the issue promptly things would have been remedied quickly. Having said that, we want to mention that our own family had just spent a week at the condo and had left the same morning before arrival of these guests. During our stay the condo went through a deep cleaning, which included cleaning of the living room couch and complete dusting. The floors, bathrooms and the bedrooms were left to be cleaned after our departure by the cleaning service. It is important to realize that the condo is located 50 yards from the Gulf, in an area that is constantly windy. What it takes to make the floors look "dirty" is to leave the balcony door open for few minutes and lots of sand is blown into the condo from the beach. We do not know if this is what happened or if indeed the cleaning people did not do their job properly. However, we want future guest to know that the cleaning company has been put on notice, hopefully it won't happen again in the future.
