Welcome to our home!<br><br>This charming 160-square-meter house, fully renovated in 2019, is ideally located 200 meters from the D-Day landing beaches at “Gold Beach” (a 5-minute walk). It also features a private garden perfect for enjoying time with family or friends.<br><br>This property is managed by Objectif Trip, a concierge service for vacation rentals that takes great care of its guests!<br><br>You’ll enter this charming house through the private courtyard and garden (a large south-facing outdoor terrace, perfect for enjoying balmy afternoons, as well as a second terrace for dining in the shade and sharing pleasant moments together).<br><br>The entrance opens onto the living area with a fully equipped kitchen:<br>- Refrigerator/freezer<br>- Stovetop<br>- Microwave<br>- Oven<br>- Toaster<br>- Coffee maker (Dolce Gusto + filter)<br>- Dishwasher<br>- Electric kettle<br>- Tableware<br>- Washing machine<br>- Grill<br><br>The kitchen opens onto the living room (dining table and TV).
