Domaine des Fargues is a beautifully set holiday home in a tranquil and undisturbed part of the country.The house is really lovely and homely with the highest standard for everything. Marion has fantastic taste and has made it all beautifully designed and appointed inside and out.Marion and Jean-Phillippe are lovely and made us feel so welcome, they are perfect hosts.The swimming pool was wonderful as the aspect of swimming towards the superb unending view with their infinity pool was quite magical, especially when lit at night!

Wonderful week in a beautiful location

The villa is beautiful and has clearly been very lovingly restored by Marion and Jean-Phillippe. The beds were incredibly comfortable and both kitchens were well-stocked. They’ve given a lot of thought about everything you could possibly need and even gave us a bottle of rose on arrival. This was the first summer renting it out so there were a very few unfinished areas but I’m sure that will be this winter’s project! With such beautiful views, we spent the vast majority of our stay by the pool and outside kitchen. The infinity pool was amazing and has a fantastic paddling area which was brilliant for our one-year-old. There is a beautiful breeze pool-side too which is a massive relief after visiting the town markets in the valley. The only downside was that there are no steps into the pool (tricky for those feeling slightly less athletic after a big lunch!) and no shade for the sun-loungers although the outside kitchen has a wonderful shaded area to eat under. Despite the house being semi-detached, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. We barely saw or heard the neighbours. We visited at the end of sunflower season but when the sunflowers are all out it must be even more beautiful as you are completely surrounded! Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Le Domaine des Fargues est un lieu de retraite idéal offrant une vue imprenable sur la vallée. La cuisine extérieure était une installation dont nous n'avions jamais bénéficié lors de nos précédents séjours en France, et je la recommande vivement. La piscine est un vrai bonheur, notre petite-fille de deux ans a particulièrement apprécié la grande partie peu profonde. Jean-Philippe s'est très bien occupé de nous et je suis toujours envieux de ne pas pouvoir cultiver des tomates aussi bonnes que celles qu'il nous a données. Un grand merci de la part des trois générations de notre famille.

Superbe séjour au calme dans un endroit magnifique

Au sommet d'une colline, à l'abri des voisins, nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille dans la magnifique propriété de Jean-Philippe et Marion! Maison très confortable, spacieuse, propre, entièrement équipée... Notre coup de cœur: la pergola avec cuisine équipée et piscine à débordement avec vue imprenable sur la vallée du Tarn!
