Villa Magarre is an elegant contemporary house that can accommodate up to 12 people (including a maximum of 10 adults), with 4 bedrooms, a large games room-dormitory and 2 bathrooms.

Nestled in a 9,000 m² park planted with truffle oaks, in the heart of the Petite Toscane of Tarn, it offers a privileged, peaceful and verdant setting, ideal for family stays, time with friends or intimate seminars (no music or outdoor parties).



You enjoy air conditioning in all bedrooms, the lounge and games room, Wi‑Fi connection, a heated private pool from mid-April to end of October, a 38°C spa accessible year-round, a large landscaped park and private parking with an electric vehicle charging point.

The large 150 m² terrace offers several atmospheres: solarium with sun loungers, shaded areas under pergola, a convivial dining area with a brazier (wood provided) and cast iron gas plancha, to extend evenings gently, whilst respecting the peaceful nature of the place (no festive evenings or outdoor music).



Inside, the villa offers a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, a welcoming dining room, a central fireplace (wood provided) and a cosy lounge with large screen and home cinema. Three bedrooms on the garden level (2 beds 180x200, 1 bed 160x200) and a large bedroom on the parking level (electric bed 180x200, dressing room, TV) make up the sleeping areas, complemented by 2 bathrooms, WC, baby equipment, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The games room-dormitory offers two single beds, a sofa bed, a table tennis table, a table football and board games. Outside, you will find a boules court and a badminton court for moments of conviviality. For families, an outdoor play area allows children to enjoy the park fully and freely.



Between swimming, relaxation in the spa, meals on the terrace and games with family or friends, Villa Magarre is a true haven to recharge and fully enjoy the Tarn countryside.
