Villa Magarre - Heated pool - Spa - Nature

Villa Magarre is an elegant contemporary home accommodating up to 12 guests (maximum 10 adults), featuring 4 bedrooms, a large dormitory-style games room, and 2 bathrooms.

Nestled in a 9,000 m² park planted with truffle oak trees, in the heart of the “Little Tuscan Tarn”, it offers a peaceful and green setting, perfect for family stays, gatherings with friends, or intimate seminars.



The villa features air conditioning in all bedrooms, the living room and games room, Wi-Fi, a private heated pool from mid-April to late October, a 38°C spa accessible year-round, a landscaped park, and private parking with an electric vehicle charging station.

The 150 m² terrace offers several atmospheres: sunbathing area with loungers, shaded pergola spaces, and a convivial dining area with a fire pit (wood provided) and gas plancha grill, perfect for enjoying evenings peacefully (no parties or loud music allowed).



Inside, the villa includes a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, a welcoming dining area, a central fireplace (wood provided), and a cosy living room with a large screen and home cinema. Three bedrooms on the garden level (2 beds 180x200, 1 bed 160x200) and a spacious bedroom on the parking level (electric bed 180x200, dressing room, TV) make up the sleeping areas, complemented by 2 bathrooms, toilets, baby equipment, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The games/dormitory room includes two single beds, a sofa bed, ping-pong table, foosball table, and board games. Outside, you will find a pétanque court and a badminton court. A children’s playground allows younger guests to enjoy the park freely.



Between swimming, relaxing in the spa, dining on the terrace, and enjoying games with family or friends, Villa Magarre is a true haven to unwind and enjoy the Tarn countryside.

Great stay

We had a lovely time at this wonderful villa. The accommodation was modern and clean, with great amenities. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed spending time on the deck. The location is also great, with excellent access to many beautiful villages and towns. A terrific villa overall.

Peaceful and relaxing

The property is easy to find although its not a main road. As a result there is little if any traffic (mainly farm vechicles) passing the far end of the garden making it a haven for peace and tranquility. Its also quite private not really being overlooked by any of the few properties near it. The house is well equipped with everything you need, there is plenty to do with table football, table tennis and a couple of pieces of gym equipment. The house is quite large with plenty of space split over 2 levels with the master bedroom downstairs along with a bathroom, games room, washing machine/dryer and access to double garage. On the upper floor is the main lounge/kitchen area with doors on to the patio areas. Also on the floor are 3 good sized bedrooms and bathroom. It could easily hold 2 families. The pool is lovely with plently of space around it. It has lights as well so can be used at night. We did have an issue with the pool heating however we messaged Stéphane and he arrived a short while later to resolve it (outstanding service). The spa/hot tub is lovely and relaxing especially once the sun goes down when you can sit in it and look up at the stars. The garden is large with enough space for a kickaround, it mostly enclosed with hedging and trees. There are a couple of gaps so families with really young children will need to keep an eye on them. Some things to note *The stairs to lower floor are a little steep *The lights in the hallway outside the bedrooms on the main floor are motion sensored which means you have to keep the bedroom doors shut or the light comes when you move in the bed *The pinball machine doesn't work property and required a euro to play. The only suggestion we would have for improvement is to have some movable sun umbrellas which can be used around the pool In summary a large house with lots to do with a great heated pool in a peaceful and transquil area

Schönes Haus indem es an Nichts fehlt

Das Haus ist etwas abseits und sehr ruhig gelegen. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Der Pool war trotz unserer Ferien Mitte Oktober immer noch sehr warm und konnte von uns allen super genutzt werden. Wem es trotzdem zu kalt war konnte sich im Whirlpool aufheizen. Das Haus verfügt über enorm viele Sitzgelegenheiten und ein riesengrosses Areal. Ob Fussballspielen oder sich einfach etwas zurückziehen (Teenager!) alles ist möglich.

Nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour.

Belle propriété au calme. Idéale pour vacances en famille qui apprécie la nature et la tranquillité. Terrasse très agréable devant la maison. Quelques travaux de rafraîchissements seraient les bienvenus dans la maison et la piscine. Nombreux chemins autour de la maison pour balade à pied et VTT.

Juste une maison CANON, beaucoup d'activité dans les alentours comme dans cette superbe maison familiale. Un vrai havre de paix

Accueil chaleureux et une petite attention bien appréciée à notre arrivée. La maison est superbe et bien aménagée. Nos 2 semaines sont passées tellement vite avec la découverte de la région et les moments de détente dans la belle piscine et le jacuzzi. Des beaux moments passés que nous garderons longtemps en mémoire. Un grand merci à Géraldine, Stéphane et Malika toujours aux petits soins.

Great vacation in the country

We had a great week in the villa! As always with a great vacation - much too short - because the house and the country really have a lot to offer. The highlights are of course the pool and whirlpool. The on-site support from Géraldine & Stéphane is exemplary. Smaller repairs are necessary, but understandable with such a large layout. It should be noted that the children's-/playroom in the basement has no windows and therefore the airing is in need of improvement. We were able to really relax and will definitely come back.

Villa magnifique, dans un cadre calme et verdoyant, à proximité des belles bastides tarnaises. La terrasse est très agréable, bien pensée. Equipement au top, propreté impeccable, chambres confortables, salle de jeux appréciée par toute la famille, piscine et jacuzzi également. Les propriétaires, très sympathiques, sont réellement disponibles et très réactifs dans leurs réponses. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la Villa Magarre, nous reviendrons, c'est sûr!

Une villa de rêve

Nous avons passé un week-end de rêve entre amis dans une magnifique villa.
