Enjoyed our stay

Very nice condo within 5 minutes of the beach in a great neighborhood. The only issues were the kitchen supplies (knives/forks/plates/cookware) was a little sparse and the knob on the washing machine was broken. it was still usable, but painful. Hopefully, a new washing machine is on order. Overall, a great place to stay.

Great property, but some frustrations

This was a great place for our family. The pool was wonderful and the unit was clean. The poor WiFi connection was a continuous frustrating battle. Also, we came at peak season and Vanderbilt Beach was so crowded they closed the State Park and we ended up at Naples Beach.. Overall, we had a nice vacation and enjoyed our stay.

Cute villa; great location; mixed bag

Overall: enjoyed some things; wanting in others; would try new properties before returning. We liked the small villa. It was cute and beachy, and great proximity to beach and restaurants. A few cons: although we liked how the units were ground level to the pool, the pool was unheated and very cold. Also photos showed a big float, but no pool floats ;/ Would second that the kitchen supplies were random, some sparse. Some small cups (some plastic/unbreakable) would have been nice. And a dish drying rack as we never had enough to run a load and had to keep washing to reuse. There were 2 trash bags and 2 roll of toilet paper. Perhaps that's standard? But had to get more for our stay. And then didn't need nearly as much as we bought for our week. Communication wasn't great when we arrived. The wifi password was wrong on the insert on the counter. So we went a few days without that. Also we asked abt pool floats which 2 days later in the response, they said they would bring, but didn't. The street had construction so we got rerouted our first time there. No heads up was given, which would have been nice to know. Lastly, the trash and recycling days were not accurate (perhaps bc of construction) so it was never taken the whole time we were there, and were overflowing (our parking spot was right near this so had to dance around it). Lastly the master bed was off...our feet were higher than our heads so we did not enjoy that. Hopefully they will fix.

Spring Break Vacation

This house is a gem. It is decorated so beautifully with an open air concept. slider doors open on two sides of the living room and look out to the pool. The house was immaculate and had all the cooking supplies we needed and more!!! The swimming pool was a beautiful warm temperature and we spent hours in it! They have two kayaks that we didn’t use this time but plan to in the future! Thank you !!! When the propane gas ran out the manager had new gas to us in hours😍❤️❤️

About one mile from wiggins state park. Quiet neighborhood. Nice courtyard you could walk right out to . Pool quiet and often had to yourself. Decor beautiful. Beds very comfortable. I would go back again. The only negative is he pool is not heated.

Perfect Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this location. About a 10 minute bike ride to Vanderbilt Beach and close to the Mercato area for dinner and shopping. The space was super clean and perfect for a week long stay. The pool was fantastic and the available beach chairs for use were great conserving we flew down to the area. Overall a great stay and you can’t beat the price for all that you get in this area!

It's the location!

The location is ideal here. Very centrally located to beaches, Naples, Ft Myers Beach. The condo is cute, clean, decorated well. We used the grill to cook and loved that the unit had a washer and dryer. We came in December and the price was worth the stay! The only area for improvement was the pool felt a bit cool and asked the manager about increasing temperature but didn't hear back. And, the kitchen didn't have a baking sheet so we weren't able to use the oven. Would stay again!!

Beautiful Sanctuary

This little villa was incredible. My husband and I stayed here for a week and upon arrival we were blown away! Music was playing when we walked in, everything was sooo clean, they had beach towels and beach chairs we could use. The pool was truly wonderful and very lightly chlorinated. Right outside of our door were two chairs and a table perfect for morning time with the Lord. We truly can’t say enough about this place

Comfortable getaway for four

Unit was impeccably clean, excellent location. Is part of a 4 units which share a nice pool which wifi reaches! Two parking spaces were convenient. Very safe neighborhood and close to so much.
