The space was designed to create a comfortable homey environment for our guest: stylish designer interior, Free WiFi, A/C, ceiling fans, a well equipped kitchen with gas stove, cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots & pan and basic kitchen items. Renovated bathroom with shower, equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash and hairdryer.
For your comfort, we provide beach chairs & umbrella, beach towels, sheets, bath towels, iron and ironing board.
Washer and Dryer in located in the building basement, credit card operated.

Great Miami!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Miami Beach, right at the beginning of Middle Beach. It was the perfect size for our family of four — clean, well-organized, and equipped with all the comforts we needed. The building itself was also tidy and well-maintained, with a reserved parking spot which was a big plus.The location is fantastic — just a 2-minute walk from the beach and the Miami Free Trolley stop, which made getting around super easy.A special thank you to Susana, the host, who was kind and helpful throughout our stay. In response to the coronavirus we implemented several additional safety and sanitation measures in our property.
Our first priority is the well-being of our guests and staff members. Based on the advice of public health authorities, we put in effect a two-day lay-over between reservations, which will allow our staff to safely and properly clean the units to provide a safe environments for our guests.
