Make it Mid Beach

This is truly a gem. Beautiful inside and out. Overlooking the inter coastal does not disappoint any time of the day. Access to beach walk and clean , quiet ocean a few steps away. The apartment is immaculate with any amenity you could ask for. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. We would gladly stay there again.

Great location

Beautiful condo in the perfect location. We were here 3 years ago and found that the condo was nicely renovated. The view of the canal is amazing and allows you to see boats, rowers and dolphins. A walk across the street and you are on the beautiful Miami beach and boardwalk. The only downside was the issues with the elevators however, we were informed by the very attentive owner that these are going to be resolved shortly. Marichal is an excellent host and is always quick to respond to any issues that you may have. I would go back without hesitation 👍

Lovely snowbird retreat

I was lucky enough to spend three months in this beautifully renovated condo in Mid Beach. Other reviewers are right -- you could spend every evening on the balcony watching the stunning sunset over the Miami city skyline, the mansions of La Gorce Island, and the rowers and yachters on the Intracoastal Waterway. The apartment is beautifully equipped and even has things you don't realize you will need, like a tool kit and sewing kits. Best of all, the owner is a caring and responsive person who will quickly deal with any apartment issues that arise -- although I spent several months and had very few glitches.

Modern clean apartment

This huge 11th floor apartment is immaculately clean with lots of light and beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The pool is nice, on the bay with some dolphin viewing. Great for a couple. We each have our own bathroom! Florangel, our host is super friendly and helpful but didn't tell us that the whole building is under renovation, so we had to deal with a lot of construction noise. She did compensate us a bit. Also, the old elevator slammed closed. The new 2nd elevator still wasn't ready by the time we left.

Perfect- Five stars!

This mid-Miami Beach condo is perfectly located for easy access to the beach, South Beach and the mainland. Our two-month stay early 2018 was perfect! Florangel has it well designed and appointed. Check-in was a breeze. The building security folks were welcoming and friendly. Assigned, secured parking was a plus. The unit’s 2 BR/ 2 BAs was perfect for us and the living space large enough to accommodate nearby family. The show stopper was the balcony, which provided stunning sunrise and sunset views of the beach to the east and overlooking beautiful homes, the intercoastal, a golf course and skyline of downtown MIA to the west. Furnishings were lovely and the kitchen well appointed. Access to the beach was beyond convenient. There’s a crosswalk in front of the building and direct beach access one building away off Collins Ave. The new boardwalk along the beach will be finished soon. We prefer walking by the water, but the boardwalk will be another good option to see and hear the surf.The free trolley for Miami Beach stops a few hundred feet away. We used it several times going to Lincoln Rd. and the Boat show. The two nearby causeways provide good alternatives for getting to the mainland whether you are going to Midtown/Wynwood/ Downtown or north to Miami Shores/ Aventura. All in all, it is difficult to imagine a better location or condo rental. Five Stars!

My home away from home

Writing a review for this property is not an easy task. Usually I would start with the positives, however everything was better than positive – it was perfect, so I don’t know where to start! So, I will start at the beginning! This was our first time renting a unit for 2 months. We had rented dozens of times around the world, but never for more than 1 week, so if the place wasn’t that great, it was no big deal. This time, it was a BIG DEAL. Communications from the start of the process to the day we left was better than 100%. Florangel responded to every message and question quickly, and there were plenty of questions. Finding the building and the parking spot was easy. Access to the building and the apartment was simple. The building amenities were wonderful, and the laundry machines were easy to use, and very efficient – towels and clothing really do need only one dry cycle. We were a bit disappointed that the pool heater wasn’t working, but, that is what the beach is for. The people we met in the building were kind, friendly, and always have a “good morning” or “have a nice day” to say. The building is very well maintained at all times. The apartment is nothing short of PERFECT! This is the apartment I would purchase as a retirement property. The gourmet kitchen, has new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and quartz counter top with a waterfall on the peninsula. There were spices, food wrap, hot beverages, and more. Wow, what a great experience!!

There's 3 reasons why our stay exceeded all expectations. The 1st is the superior location, 2nd is the extraordinary condo and 3rd relates to Florengel, the owner and facilitator of the rental unit. Geographically, you can't ask for a better place to stay. Take the elevator down, walk across Collins Ave and a few steps later you're on the beach. But before the beach is a biking/walking/running path that when complete, will go all the way to South Beach. For now, you can go south to around 41st St and north to at least 75th St. The path ends at a nice park, we didn't go farther than that. The condo itself is terrific with a wrap-around deck that allows you to see the ocean with a peek over the rail but better yet is the full view of Miami skyline. I had no idea how impressive that view was until I saw it first hand. The waterway in front of you has amazing boats and yachts that stream by you. And then you have beautiful houses to look at across the waterway. You could spend the whole time on the patio. The owner Florengel, is amazing. The unit was absolutely sparkling clean. Anyone who maintains and cleans their property as she does is the kind of person you want to rent from. Due to my delay I had frequent communication with her and though we didn't meet in person I could tell she's a very classy, generous lady. She went above and beyond for me, even allowing us to stay a few extra days to offset our delay in arriving. I've stayed in many VRBO and other rental units. This was the best experience I've had. And many any thanks to Florengel for that!!

Comfortable Condo and Caring Owners

The property is located on the inter-coastal and across the street from the ocean. Shopping and restaurants are within a mile from the condo. There is a "miles long" boardwalk along the Atlantic that is ideal for walking, jogging, bicycle riding, skateboarding and rollerblading. This is a great condo and location.

Property was as described. Everything from check in to departure was very fluid. Location is perfect easy access to stores and restaurant beach across A1A. Florangel was very responsive. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location

It was our first time in Miami Beach and we could not have asked for a better condo. This place is perfectly located in middle beach, nestled between the canal and the beach and boardwalk. The view is terrific. We even saw dolphins and manatees in the canal while sitting on the patio. We also enjoyed taking the free shuttle to south beach. The owner of the condo was very responsive to all our questions and any issues we raised. We give this condo a perfect rating. Would go back without hesitation .

Nous avons passé 5 merveilleuses semaines dans le super condo de Florengel. Bel accueil de Florengel, elle était attentive à nos besoins. Condo bien situé, à quelques mètres de la plage, le trolley à la porte pour nous conduire partout dans la ville. Très belle vue sur le canal et la mer, et que dire des couchers de soleil sur le centre-ville de Miami. Nous étions comme à la maison. Home away from home

This is our second time staying in Miami Beach. Last year we were a few blocks away, oceanfront. We stayed this year the full month of February. Loved the Intercoastal view and the sunsets! Florangel was very nice and easy to work with. Never had any complaints about condo, just that we hated to leave! All the furniture was so comfortable. I even asked her where she bought the bed linens. Easy walk to beach for us 60/61 year olds! Everything you ever wanted in a relaxing month was here. Should we come back to the Miami area, this is where we will stay. Thank you again for sharing your lovely home with us.

Beautiful place to stay in Miami Beach

After a very long search for a good apartment in Miami Beach, I am so glad my husband found this one. Its a beautiful, very well maintained condo with everything you need for a great relaxing vacation. There is a gorgeous view of downtown Miami in the distance and a pretty island close by. You can watch beautiful sunsets right from the living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything, including very nice matching dishes and pots and pans. The building is located very conveniently, just a quick taxi or bus ride away from South Beach and Lincoln Mall and walkable distance to Walgreens and Publix. There is a beautiful beach just across the street, 2 minutes walk. The host is very friendly and responds to inquiries fast. If you are looking for a vacation place in Miami Beach, look no further!

Great apartment in best location.

- Check in and check out was really easy and pleasant. It took us longer to get there from Airport and owners kindly waited for us extra hour - Apartment is same condition as shown on pictures. Everything clean, new and nicely decorated. - All cooking utensils and silverware are nice and are matching sets. We rented other places where owners dump all what they don’t need. Here you can see that all stuff where bought new. - Building across a street from public beach access so it takes less than 5 min to get to a beach. Bottom line, I will definitely come back and recommend the place to my friends.

We enjoyed our stay for the month of March 2016 in this well equipped, comfortable, and nicely furnished apartment. We received a warm and friendly welcome from the owners. Our questions were promptly answered and dealt with. The beach is wonderful, the view from the balcony is stunning. Publix, Walgreens, restaurants, and stores are a short drive or a pleasant 10 minutes walk away. We highly recommend this apartment.
