Eliot’s Ness’t: Modern Loft Downtown Hot Springs for 6!
Radiant original wood and exposed 100-year-old brick walls charmingly compliment the modern upgrades: a smart home Nest thermostat, keypad door locks, color-changing led accent lighting, granite countertops, and newly marble-tiled en-suite bathrooms. Walking distance to Bank OZK Convention Center.
Overlooking Bridge Street, “The World’s Shortest Street,” our balcony is the best place to watch “The World’s Shortest St. Patrick’s Day Parade” or to take in the sights and sounds of our historic entertainment district.
You will enjoy the oversized living area with plenty of seating for watching a game on the extra-large smart TV, for watching the others play a game of pool, or for enjoying the passersby out the window below on Central Ave. The kitchen offers relaxed bar seating for six. We have everything you need to create the perfect meal, including condiments and extra touches sure to make your stay as comfortable as being at home. We've even hidden a murphy bed in this space for extra guests with an adjacent half-bath next to the bar.
The spacious master suite with a king-size bed and sitting area also has a private entrance off the large covered rear patio, perfect for catching a sunset, having a cup of coffee, or reading a book. The master bathroom has an open shower with a large vanity and led accent lighting offering plenty of room to get ready for an evening on the town.
The second bedroom offers a smart TV, an extremely comfortable queen bed and an ensuite bath with quartz countertops and a marble walk-in shower. We've even got a "gangster exit" in the bedroom for a private escape to the front stairwell leading down to Central Ave.
The outdoor living areas are just as comfortable as the rest of our "nest." The private back patio features a large comfortable seating area. Head to the balcony off the living/entertainment area to catch great views of the strip leading to Bathhouse Row.
Across the street from the award-winning Vault at 723 restaurant, the long-standing Steinhaus Keller German restaurant, and upstairs from the Humidor Cigar Lounge, you’re less than a five-minute walk to Arkansas’ oldest bar, The Ohio Club, the critically acclaimed DeLuca’s Pizza, Splash Wine Bar (be sure to check out their covered patio), SQZBX Pizza (gluten/dairy-free available), The Rooftop at The Waters Hotel (awesome views), The Porterhouse, Maxine's, and several other popular restaurant and bars.
PARKING: We recommend parking in the reserved space at the rear/patio entrance for easy loading/unloading. Free street parking is available at the front of the building if more than one car.
ACCESSIBILITY: Both front and rear entrances offer keypad entry. The rear entrance has a few stairs leading down to the patio/rear entrance. The front entrance off of Central Ave is up a flight of stairs.
CONVENIENCE: This is a must stay condo if you are coming to explore downtown historic Hot Springs National Park and Bathhouse Row (2 min walk), hiking on West Mountain or North Mountain (5 min walk), Oaklawn Racing and Gaming (4 min drive), or Northwoods Mountain Bike Trail System (7 min drive). We are less than 15 minutes from water activities and boat rentals on Lake Hamilton and just 25 minutes to Lake Ouachita, one of the nations’ cleanest lakes.
THE FINE PRINT: This is a very unique and large space. While it can easily accommodate more than six guests, we have limited our number of guests to preserve this special space. We do not allow parties or other gatherings. We specifically limit our number of guests and occupants to no more than six people. We have one reserved parking space in the rear. To avoid towing, please do not park in any other reserved parking spaces. Please note the loft is located above the Humidor Cigar Bar.

We live right here in Hot Springs on beautiful Lake Hamilton and often visit this retreat for a night out on the town. We hope you enjoy this incredible space as much as we do! We also have other rentals, including a large historic house adjacent to Oaklawn Racing and Casino, a lake home with a guest house, along with a handful of lakefront condos with boat slips overlooking Lake Hamilton. We love the history this place holds. This building was home to a 1920s illegal gambling hall - complete with a "whisky drop" from the rooftop. This second-floor condo is a breathtaking space. We're only one flight of stairs off Central Ave and just a couple of steps from your reserved parking space in the rear.
