Welcome to The Central Loft, a stylish retreat in the heart of historic downtown Hot Springs! This beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath loft is nestled along iconic Central Avenue, mere steps from Bathhouse Row and surrounded by the natural beauty of Hot Springs National Park. There's no need to drive anywhere downtown when staying here - we are right by everything!

With an open floor plan and contemporary decor, The Central Loft offers a cozy, inviting space with a Central Avenue view from the dining and living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private outdoor deck. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, smart TV, and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy.

For larger groups, there’s also a queen-sized air mattress available, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably. Fresh linens are provided in all bedrooms and bathrooms, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare meals.

The Loft in Hot Springs

We had a very nice stay. The loft is very cozy, clean and comfortable. Centrally located on bathhouse row which makes walking everywhere very convenient. A great place for couples and a nice weekend getaway.

I've lived in Hot Springs since the early 1990s. My home is on Lake Hamilton, but I've always loved our downtown. I love hosting guests and interacting with new people.
I'm always eager to host my guests and help make sure they enjoy all that Hot Springs has to offer.

Why they chose this property

This property is right in the center of all the downtown action. Walk out the front door and you're just steps away from all the major landmarks, bathhouses, restaurants, hiking trails and entertainment venues. The famous Pancake Shop restaurant is a just block away too!

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location. Everything downtown has to offer is within easy walking distance, and only a five minute drive to Oaklawn Casino.
