New house with swimming pool

Recent house located in a quiet area of a town close to the city of Brest.

Facing south, you will enjoy the sun all day long, inside via large bay windows and outside on the 50m2 terrace or on the lawn by the heated swimming pool.

Ideal house for a family with young children: the ground floor is dedicated to them with 3 bedrooms, a large mezzanine used as a games room and library, a bathroom with bath and shower.

On the ground floor, you will find the master bedroom (with empty dressing room and shower room), the entrance hall (with dartboard, table football and a cabinet filled with various board games at your disposal), the 45m2 living room opening onto the terrace, with the lounge area to watch the 65-inch television (Disney+, Netflix, Prime, Orange), and the dining area as well as a small desk with a computer at your disposal. The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, Thermomix, Cookeo, toaster, waffle machine, raclette machine, plancha, crepe maker,... Finally, adjoining the kitchen, you will find the pantry to store all your belongings during your stay and the laundry area to take care of the laundry with two washing machines, one of which is drying.

In the garden, you can enjoy the swimming pool heated to 29 degrees, and whatever the weather thanks to the shelter that can be easily handled to partially or completely cover it depending on the wind or air temperature. Many water games are at your disposal. In the shade of the trees, installed on a deckchair you can supervise your children playing in the pool. Night swimming with the children thanks to the pool projector, guaranteed success.

On the 50m2 terrace you can eat facing the pool, sheltered from the sun under a shade cloth and also have an aperitif in the relaxing lounge sheltered from the wind thanks to the bamboo trees. An outdoor shower connected to the house's hot water network will allow you to rinse before and after swimming.

Travel light and with peace of mind: beds are made on arrival, towels are provided (not beach/pool towels). Similarly, most consumables are provided for your entire stay: dishwasher tablets, detergent, dishwashing liquid, sponges, tea towels, aluminium foil, cling film, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, charcoal for the barbecue,... We also provide you with 2 simple meals so that you don't have to run to do some shopping on your arrival.

Possibility to park your vehicle in the driveway in front of the house and charge it free of charge via a reinforced socket provided (16A max depending on the vehicle).

If you accept, our feather duster rabbit will ask to be fed every day and his outdoor cage cleaned if necessary.

Walk in the forest a few hundred metres away, beach and water activities less than 2km away

The house is located in a residential and family area, no late night noise.

Equipment at your disposal: a kayak, 2 adult bikes, about fifty trendy board games, table football, a children's desk, an electronic piano, pool games, a computer, a swing with slide, a sandpit, 1 Thule caravan for children to attach behind the bikes available, rollerblades, scooters...
