About this property
Ker Helen - Family house with sea view
Summary:
For a stay with friends or family, whatever the season, come and enjoy this fully renovated house with an unobstructed view of the sea.
The Space:
Upon entering this house, you step into a large, bright living space open to the outside, notably with its beautiful view of the Aber Wrac'h. It includes a fully equipped large open kitchen. A bar with 3 bar stools separates the dining area, which consists of a large table for good meals with family or friends. The dining area also opens onto the living room with a view of the sea and garden through its large bay windows and French doors. This living room is ideal for getting together with friends or family over a drink while enjoying this beautiful view. Note the absence of television at this level, instead enjoy the sea view!
On the ground floor, you will also find a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a separate toilet, and the house's only bathroom, equipped with a bathtub and a double-sink vanity.
Upstairs you access the 3 other rooms of the house. The 1st is equipped with a large double bed (160x200), facing south with a lovely sea view. The other 2 rooms are ideal for children: they are equipped with 2 single beds each, with sea view as well, and a toy chest is made available for children. For the little ones we also provide a travel cot with its mattress, a high chair and a bathtub. A television is installed in a room on this floor, it is a satellite connection with a limited number of channels.
In the basement, you will find a laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The exterior will delight both young and old. The landscaped garden of over 5000 m² has several areas to enjoy the incredible view of the sea and the port of Aber Wrac'h. Children will love discovering the Breton moor at the bottom of the garden with its hideaway spots, while adults will enjoy the large fixed barbecue and the magnificent view. Garden furniture is of course available for all ages (large table and loungers).
By crossing the road, you can go and discover the fauna and flora of the foreshore. But if you prefer beaches, the house is located on the Sainte-Marguerite peninsula, you will access it very quickly and discover its magnificent fine sand beaches. This peninsula is also very famous among sliding sports enthusiasts, it is a well-known spot for kitesurfing, wingfoil and funboard!
The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!
The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.
This house is managed by Hestia Conciergerie, to guarantee you a unique and unforgettable traveller experience. We will be at your disposal throughout your stay to help you organise your trip, recommend the best addresses and also book activities according to your wishes. We also offer a rental service: childcare equipment, games, sports equipment (scooters, paddles, molkky...) You will thus feel right at home!
Smokers are accepted but only outside the house. Parties are also prohibited.
This house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
