Welcome to The Fox Den in Breckenridge, a wonderful mountain home with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Your family will experience amazing views of the Ten Mile Range through the large windows, which let in ample natural light throughout the house, and you'll love the unique touches of this 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home. Plan your visit and prepare to unpack in your home-away-from-home, in the mountains. This lovely home also has a brand new private hot tub! The shuttle stop is the Emmett Lode stop, on the Boreas Pass Loop. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the downtown area and gondola for access to the slopes. The stop is a 4-minute walk from the house. The shuttle runs approximately every 30 minutes, please visit the Summit Stage website for most current info.
---1st Floor – Ground Level Contains---
Garage: As you arrive through the private driveway towards the garage, you'll find space for two cars inside, as well as a designated room to store equipment for both summer and winter activities. There is also space along the driveway.
Patio / Hot Tub: The private outdoor hot tub is serviced prior to your arrival for your stay, and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Entryway: When entering the home from the front door, you'll first walk into an entryway with a storage closet, powder room, and laundry room.
Living Room / Dining Room / Kitchen: Continue through the entryway to the living room with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and custom-made artwork, flatscreen TV, dining room with seating for 8, and updated kitchen outfitted with all your cooking essentials!
Powder Room: There is a conveniently located powder room here as well. Amazing views and large windows throughout the entire floor for a light and cozy feel across the main level.
Deck:Your private deck is located just through the living room, and includes outdoor seating, a gas firepit, and a propane grill; perfect for barbequing after a long day of skiing or biking!
Master Bedroom / Bathroom: A few steps down from the living room, the first bedroom is the spacious Master suite. It contains a King-sized bed, a large loveseat that pulls out into a twin bed, a large flat-screen TV and its own gas fireplace, a full-size walk-in closet, and the en-suite bath, with a large soaking tub, separate shower and water closet, and two vanities.
---2nd Floor – Top Level Contains ---
Lounge Room / Reading Nook: Continue up the stairs past the cozy reading nook, to the family lounge room, where you'll find the foosball table, a huge TV, comfortable leather couches, and a full wet bar for refreshments. This room is perfect for spreading out and watching the game, and the couch pulls out into a bed as well. The hallway features extra storage with built-in shelving as well, and original artwork and décor. Every bedroom on this level has comfortable furniture, and a private patio with outdoor seating.
Second Bedroom / Bathroom: The first bedroom in this hallway is has a set of twin bunk beds, and is adjacent to a full bathroom. It also has a built-in shelf for storage, and a flat-screen TV.
Third Bedroom / Bathroom: Head into the next door of the upper floor, where you'll find the second bedroom with a king-size bed, flat-screen television, and plenty of storage. With its own en-suite jack-and-jill bathroom, including a tub and shower combo, and double sink countertops, you'll have the space you need to relax.
Fourth Bedroom: Head into the last door of the upper floor, where you'll find the fourth bedroom with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a large walk-in closet. This room shares the jack-and-jill bathroom.

Beautiful, roomy home!!
We stayed the week after Christmas and had the absolute best time!! House is clean, open, cozy and perfect for large families. We had a lot of snow during our stay and they had someone clear the driveway almost everyday. They also sent people to clean the patios and porches after a day we had tons of snow. Would stay here again and again!

Great Stay! Beautiful House!
We had an excellent stay at this property the first week of August. We loved that there was a resident fox who looked in from the deck doors (similar to how our dog looks in at home)! We also got to see a mama moose and her twins two doors down! The property is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. We found the kitchen to have most of the kitchen essentials we needed to cook a few meals at home on our trip. The hot tub needed a part replaced, and we were notified prior to arrival and the repair was completed the very next day. While not ideal, the property management company was swift and openly communicated with us which was appreciated. The only thing that caught us off guard was the parking situation (wasn’t an issue for us, but we also were not expecting it). The house is part of a duplex and we had to be careful not to block the drive to the other adjacent property. We only had one vehicle parked in the garage, so it wasn’t an issue but if we had more people and more vehicles (which the house could easily accommodate) parking could have been an issue. Overall, this was a great say and we would stay at this property again!
