Stay in one of the best neighborhoods in Breck at the Nordic Retreat, in Cucumber Creek Estates. We're located between the base of Peak 8 and Main Street, providing easy access to both. Enjoy a private hot tub, elegant decor, and jaw-dropping views of the mountain. You'll have direct access to the Nordic Trail system, comfortable beds, gas fireplaces, and stainless-steel appliances. This is a beautiful home is the perfect spot to bring the crew for an unforgettable vacation.
---1st Floor – Ground Level Contains---
Heated Garage: With space for 2 cars and all your gear.
Mudroom: When entering the home from the garage, you'll first walk onto a large mudroom with built-in wooden shelves for your ski or hiking gear. Take off your gear and head straight to majority of the sleeping quarters, or upstairs to the kitchen / dining / family room area.
Laundry Room: The ground level has a laundry room, with brand new ecofriendly washing machine and dryer units.
Downstairs Family Room: The ground level opens into a shared living room with oversize flat screen television and a large cozy couch. Other features include a dry bar, along with access to the lower patio.
First Bedroom / Bathroom (Bunk Room): The first bedroom downstairs has two bunk bed sets, one being two twins and the other an XL twin over queen, to sleep 5 comfortably. There is also a full-size closet and an ensuite bathroom, with a single vanity and step-in glass door shower.
Second Bedroom / Bathroom: The second bedroom downstairs has a queen-size bed with ensuite bath that has a single vanity and a shower/bathtub combo.
Third Bedroom / Bathroom: The final bedroom on the ground level offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with single vanity and step-in glass door shower.
Patio / Hot Tub: The outside lower patio backs up to the Nordic Trail and is the perfect place to tell stories around the firepit with your group. A new hot tub has been installed for your enjoyment.
---2nd Floor – Main Level Contains---
Powder Room / Main Entrance: Make your way back up the stairs and you'll find a powder room opposite of the front door. Continue up the stairs to find the great room and main living area, with kitchen/dining room/master bedroom.
Family Room: Head into the heart of the family room surrounding the massive stone fireplace and mounted flatscreen television. Surrounded by a leather couch and plush chairs, there's no better place for family movie night, or morning gatherings sipping on coffee.
Dining Room: A hard to miss dining room with 20ft vaulted ceilings and natural light pouring through the windows. A 10-person dining table is situated under a modern-industrial chandelier. Just off the dining room you will find access to another patio, with a table for 8 and a gas grill. Around the corner, there are two more chairs to enjoy all the gorgeous views the home has to offer.
Kitchen: Look to the left and you'll walk into the open kitchen area bright countertops contrasted by dark rustic cabinetry that includes an oversize island that doubles as a three-person breakfast bar.
Master Bedroom / Bathroom: The master suite closes out the 2nd floor and features all the amenities and space to live like royalty. A king-size bed mounted flat screen, fireplace, vaulted ceilings, desk/workplace, additional seating, a walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom make up the master suite. The master bath includes dual vanities, tub, oversized step-in glass panel shower, and closet space.
Nordic-in/Nordic-out: This home offers access to the town's groomed Nordic Ski trail system and close proximity (0.2mi) to a MyFreeRide bus stop. Skip the lines and step outside to explore miles of scenic, lift-free terrain ideal for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and peaceful winter outings. While the Nordic ski trails and ski resort sit side by side, they are separate systems offering the best of both worlds: quiet, endurance-based recreation and the excitement of high alpine skiing nearby. In warmer months, these same trails become a network for hiking and biking, making this a true year-round launch point for mountain adventure.

You'll check yourself in with an access code, which is provided automatically before you arrive. We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.
This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
