This spacious and cozy studio has been completely updated with features like a functional kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, and toaster-oven, an on-suite bathroom with stand-up shower, king size bed with nightstands, and its own private patio area with furniture, BBQ Grill, and outdoor lighting. Bicycles are furnished to take advantage of the outdoors. This suite is equipped with its own individual AC System, access to washer - dryer, Television, and ample countertop space. Located next to a Golf Course, minutes from St. Pete Country Club, as well as Beaches, (St Pete and Pass-a-Grille), quick access to recreation, (Boyd Hill Preserve and Maximo Park), plus Downtown is about a $10 ride to endless options of Dining, Shopping, and Entertainment opportunities. Come stay for a while, you’ll find you may never want to leave.
