Great stay

We enjoyed our stay! It was a lovely place with a very comfortable bed and functional kitchenette. The host was great and quick to reply to my messages. Finding and parking was easy. The bath mat could be replaced and the toilet did not always flush, but otherwise, great stay!

Great room!

Large room with small kitchenette and bathroom off the side. Parking is enough for 2 cars. Very clean with all essentials required, extremely close to beach and in nice neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Beautiful and roomy suite

The room is beautiful, roomy and relaxing. The bed was so soft and comfortable. She had everything that you might need for a stay. It was quiet and easy to get to. If we are ever over in the area we would definitely stay there again. Thanks for everything.

Very clean and conveniently located. A little bit bigger table and chairs to sit at might be nice if looking to remodel down the road sometime. We are tall people and the chairs weren't really comfortable to sit and eat breakfast at.

Terrible experience

I placed a booking for this property and the host messaged me saying that it was not available. The host has stopped responding to my messages and marked the booking as completed instead of canceling it. So I was charged for something that was unavailable. Thankfully I have saved the messages but now I need to wait for VRBO to rectify this. This is the first time I have every left a negative review for someone but I do not want others to go through this too with this property.

Garage studio

On arrival the access is from an alley behind what appears to be a vacant house. Attention to Landscaping is poor , windows of attached main house are covered leaving the impression of an abandoned home. The manager / host should have refunded some or all of my payment in particular because I took the time to explain my reasons for not staying there. Other posts suggest it’s a walkable location, this is misleading. There are no restaurants or shops for several miles. The interior space was clean- but the interior dead bolt door giving access to main home, along with exterior conditions left me doubtful of a restful night.

Hidden Gem Reasonably Close to Ruth Eckerd Hall

My 93 y/o Mom, Hubby, and I drove over from Orlando area for the Bonnie Raitt Marc Cohn Concert. This spacious studio was a comfortable overnight spot, where we could check-in (virtual, seamless), get changed, and then head off for dinner and the concert at Ruth Eckerd Hall. Mom uses a walker and the studio was large enough for everyone to move about without being on top of each other. Her biggest challenge was the toilet, however, which was oddly raised on a step-up. Originally she chose the cot/air mattress to sleep on, but it felt unstable to her, so she/hubby swapped out -- the King bed was comfy. Hubby suggests putting a blanket in between the cold air mattress and the fitted sheet atop it, so that sleeper's body heat isn't sucked away during the night (it was a rare chilly night in FL). Erin, our Host Contact was right *there* virtually with answers and support just a text/call away. Overall, we liked this accomodation. (If you don't like Maxwell House coffee in your coffee maker, bring your own!)

Great space for a couple in historic, beautiful North St Pete

Everything about this stay was seamless. It's super clean, very spacious, and has a great mini kitchen. Perfect for a short stay, very near the beach! Very Central to everything St. Pete, especially Central Avenue! Would definitely like to stay here again next time we are in town!

Perfect Rental In St. Pete

This cute little apartment was the perfect rental for my family, and a 5 minute (or less) drive from the beach. Erin was very communicative and helpful during our stay, and the apartment was extremely clean and cozy!
