The home is located on the beautiful Lake Martin. Situated across from (walking distance) Chuck’s Marina allows for convenient boat access along with seasonal food and entertainment. Also, the home is located only 30 miles from the heart of Auburn and 14 miles from downtown Dadeville. Nearby restaurants include Niffer’s Place, Oscar’s Cafe and Copper’s Grill at Stillwaters.

This home has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has a double queen bunk bed. Two toddler mattresses and a pack n play are included for additional sleeping. The house is fully furnished including washer, dryer and two Roku TVs. Wi-Fi is also available. Bed and bath linens are provided. The kitchen is stocked with all essential appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. The screened in porch is perfect for entertaining and includes a gas grill, dining table and fans. There is a boardwalk running the length of the slough that is perfect for fishing and swimming. A boat slip is included.

Owner was friendly and the house was perfect for what we needed. We would definitely stay here again. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. It was a short drive to town if we needed anything. We stayed here in the winter but I would love to come back when the weather is warmer.

Great location

The house was perfect. It had everything we needed and had a large screened in back porch. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a slip for their boat, a very nice house and place to stay and is in very close proximity to Chucks Marina. Our dealings with the owner, Chase was perfect. Couldn’t have chosen a nicer place for my family to stay for a few days.

Lakeside Retreat

The cabin was just what the doctor ordered. Size was perfect for 2, though would easily accommodate up to 6. It was easy to find. And it was aesthetically pleasing and well maintained. And our host, Chase, was a pleasure to work with. He made things easy.

Winter getaway!

The cabin was very cute and the location was nice, though there is a lot of construction at the end of the street. We really enjoyed going to Canyon Ridge Trails to hike. Our only suggestion would be to put brighter bulbs in the fixtures, even with all the lights in, it was extremely dark.

Thank you for the review. The light switches are set up with a dimming switch. Beside the light switch is a small switch that brightens and dims the lights.

Sink was dirty, lighting very dark inside and outside of property. Front wood steps are broken and towels were dingy. Handle in stairway is loose needs to be addressed.

Great weekend getaway

We enjoyed the weekend with our fur babies and a visit with our son attending Auburn. We had every thing we needed: comfy bed, nice sized couch and TV for watching the Braves and Auburn games and a kitchen that provided what we needed to cook our meals. We spent most of our time sitting on the screened porch, perfect for rainy days. The boat slip was a nice touch. Our son picked us up in his boat to go fishing and watch the sunset. We also had pizza at Chuck’s marina around the corner, too. So good!
