Fake property listed.

Fake property listed, 1 day before checking in we had to request for the access information of the property. Completely different address and location received, old property instead of a renovated property as listed. When contacting the manager at that night, with regards the issues, no response until the next day and offering $100 discount and wanted to contact us, while we have a. International number not working in the USA. When checking out he inform that we have damaged an item etc., trying to get more money out of us. Very disappointed and we felt so unsafe with this fake property listed and fake People. Claim submitted to VRBO.

Functional - has what you need

My husband, 2 children, and I stayed here for a long weekend while we were in town for an event. This condo is affordable, and you get what you pay for.. but I mean that in a good way. It has the basics of everything you need. Nothing more, nothing less. The bathrooms are very spacious which was nice. The biggest con I would say is that, being an apartment, it's kind of loud. I would recommend bringing a white noise maker or earplugs, as there are not TV's in the bedrooms to drown out the noise. The owner is very responsive and kind. We had a very small issue upon arrival and came to a solution quickly and easily. His directions for arrival were very clear and the place was clean and ready when we arrived. The condo is in a complex that's a bit rundown, but we never felt unsafe. It's close to every shopping/dining you can think of, and only about a 20 minute drive to Disney.

Orlando stay

We came here for a 5 day stay. Pictures are a bit deceiving. Dumpster overflowing and broken beer bottles in guest parking, entrance way dirty, furniture was old, leather was torn on sofa, dirty dishes, carpet stained in entry way, blinds missing slats so people could always look into this first floor unit. The owner was very responsive to emails and answered questions quickly. It was a very reasonably priced unit so didn’t expect too much but was surprised the pictures don’t represent the true state of the unit.
