We are in Ventura Country Club. It is a gated golf community just 10 minutes north of the airport.

The complex is about 500 acres and has a club house and restaurant. It is quiet but, just minutes away is all of Orlando to explore. Only 30 minutes to Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld. About 45 minutes to beach and Kennedy Space center.

We have 2 bedrooms one with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom has a trundle bed that can be made into a king bed or 2 twins and bathroom right outside the bedroom door. The heated swimming pool is just across the driveway and it is a hotel style pool with tables and lounge chairs. We also have free Wi-Fi and cable. We have 55 inch flat screen tv in the living room and a 43 inch flat screen in the master. All linens including beach towels are included. We also have a desk and a wireless printer so, if you need to work........you can. We also have access to other condos and you can contact me at Chocolate City Travel.

There is an 18 hole golf course where you can golf as a member. If you have any questions, just call and we would be glad to answer them. More info can be found on their website

Nice Stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The listing was accurate, the condo was well stocked and communication with the host was wonderful. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and use of the pool and fitness center.

A lovely stay in this homely condo. Kitchen has been renovated to a high standard and has everything you could possibly need. Bed is lovely and comfy. Nothing to fault with our stay. Would throughly recommend to anyone considering a stay on this wonderful community resort. Much better than an impersonal hotel.

We stayed for a week for my daughter dive meet. It was great. Love that everything was close. Plenty of restaurants. The beds were comfy. And the host was great, easy to get ahold off.

Great Condo!

This was a great place to stay. Karen and Judy were great. There was a bit of confusion at check-in but everything was taken care of so quickly, I have no complaints! I would definitely stay here again. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the condo was clean, the grounds were beautiful and safe, and the location was fantastic.

Very nice unit, quiet area. Enjoyed how close it was to the pool. Look forward to staying again next year. Everybody was friendly, especially Judy (the cleaning lady). We appreciated how homey and inviting the condo was.

Loved it!!

This condo felt like home away from home. It's on the upper level with a very well-stocked kitchen and washer/dryer which came in handy. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The pool was nice with many lounge chairs and clean restrooms. The condo comes with pool passes and beach towels. There are 5 pools on the resort, but we liked the convenience of walking to the one near our condo. The screened-in porch was a favorite place for us to have our morning coffee and watch the golfers on the tee box out back. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in the area.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We were welcomed with a box of delicious cookies left for us on the kitchen counter. The Keurig coffee maker had coffee and got chocolate ready for us to enjoy. The condo was well stocked with extras like beach towels, hangers galore, extra pillows, bath soap, laundry detergent and so much more. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool too. We recommend anyone to stay here

Ventura Country Club

The condo was very clean and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. The pool which was next to our unit was nice. It was a decent drive to the parks at about 30-45 minutes depending on which one you were going to. It’s a gated community and one of the security guards repeatedly gave us a hard time getting in even after we had a visitors pass. None of the other guards did.

A great place to stay in Orlanro

The host provided more than we paid for. We had seasoning to cook, laundry detergent, soap and tissue. These seem simple but often not given by hosts. From the security to the neighbours were friendly. Everything worked and the place was clean and just perfect for our family vacation. I will definitely stay again and the Karen the host even answered my text at midnight- very responsive. Do not hestitate- book the apartment you will love it.

Clean and quiet. Just what we needed for our trip.

This unit is clean and has a lovely quiet back balcony overlooking the golf course. The community pool is right across the parking lot and all residents were friendly and accommodating. Wonderful and affordable.

Fantastic !!

The condo was very clean and nice. If you enjoy watching golfers, this is the condo for you. The lanai is overlooking the 18th hole. The environment was very quiet and relaxing. Pool is just across the small Parking lot. Gated community. Very secure. The neighbors in the 4 plex were so friendly!! Karen, the owner was too! If you want the noisy, unfriendly atmosphere of a big resort don't come here but if you want the opposite this is the place. Close to shopping, Universal studios etc. I will certainly come back.

We rent the condo out when we are not in Florida. We love Orlando. There is a lot to do besides the theme parks. Tim is also involved in the Horticulture industry (sales).

It is in a gated community and right on a golf course. Close to airport, Disney and Universal. Free Wi-Fi and Cable. We have King Bed. It is in a gated community where it is quiet and safe. We are close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and malls.
Great golf course and great view of 2nd tee from our screened in porch. We also have a desk and a wireless printer. So, you can work from the condo if you need to.

What makes this property unique

Close to Disney, Sea World, Universal and on an 18 hole golf course. Close to both the east and west coast. The air is always the best price coming into Orlando.
