1st impression of neighborhood was sketchy. Acr from a Sheriff office so it made us feel more comfortable. Surprisingly the location was perfect! Literally 5 to 10 mins from EVERYTHING!! The house was beautiful & spacious.Ended up meeting the owners in person, they were very nice! They gave us some history of the area plus suggestions on places to visit. We would definitely stay there again!!

Best NOLA rental for large groups!

This house is perfect for anybody with large groups wanting to stay in New Orleans. We had 10 total guys for a bachelor party and there was plenty of room for us. The house was incredibly clean and has a great location, only about 2 miles from downtown so the Uber rides were insanely cheap, even on St. Patrick’s Day. The host is super responsive and helpful, we will for sure be renting from them again next time we visit!

Everything about the stay was amazing. yes the area is normal New Orleans area but it was so safe right across the street from the sheriffs department. everything was within a 5 to 10 minute uber away. This place was exactly as pictured. Clean and convenient. Be aware there is street work going around in neighborhood but has nothing to do with the home or owner. Neighborhood seems to be getting revitalized and home is across from sheriffs office so felt completely safe. Back deck was a plus got to relax and enjoy the family. Kids liked the game room. Owner communicated effectively. Would recommend and will stay again.

Bachelorette Party

We stayed here for a bachelorette party! The neighborhood is sketchy but we were always out anyway. It was a 10 minute uber ride to everywhere we wanted to go so it was perfect. So spacious & clean. It was a hot weekend and we were able to adjust the AC perfectly. The host was very responsive & allowed early check in for a fee. Upon checkout there was no crazy rules or cleaning instructions so that was nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for your 5 star review. I’m sorry you felt the area was sketchy as this is very surprising as a majority of this area is brand new build homes, and across the street is the home to the New Orleans sheriffs department so that is kind of a shocker for me, but to each its own and everybody is used to their own opinion of sketchy. I’ll see her in New Orleans or in melting pot of cultures. We do not have subdivisions that divide cultures but this is a wonderful area of 90% brand new homes and just found it a little shocking but thank you for all the wonderful things you said about the home as we were happy to host you in our city.
