Enjoy this classic beach house with modern updates in the center of Ocean Beach, accessible by ferry. Everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach including chairs, umbrella and outdoor shower. When not beaching it, go for a bike ride or enjoy spacious indoor and outdoor spaces. Backyard includes multiple seating areas, corn hole, outdoor speakers, and barbecue. Three minute walk into town and ferries, four minutes to the beach with all you need to make memories. Great space for family gatherings with a well equipped house.

Ocean Beach has so much to offer in the way of shops and restaurants. You can head into town and enjoy all the excitement or escape into the backyard and leave the chaos behind. Remember no cars on Fire Island.
