It’s located in the centre of Cléder, close to all amenities and just 3 km from the beaches!<br>The house features a beautiful sunroom with a kitchen, allowing you to make the most of the natural light in our beautiful region. For cosier moments, gather in the living room around the fireplace, or relax on the patio with the outdoor furniture. <br>The house features a ground-floor veranda with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a large living room, a laundry room, and a half-bath. There are three bedrooms—two on the ground floor and one in the attic—each furnished with a double bed; the attic bedroom can accommodate two additional guests if needed. You’ll also find a large bathroom and a half-bath upstairs. <br>Finally, the outdoor area features a garden with a patio, lounge chairs, a barbecue, and patio furniture.<br><br><br>Additional amenities: sheet rental for 12€ per bed

Gilles house is just lovely and very well equipped. The location in Cléder is very good, within walking distance to the bakery and a large supermarket.The sea is 3 km away, some nicer beaches a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay a lot and can only recommend to stay there and spend some nice time.Merci bien, Gilles.

Wir hatten wunderschöne 10 Tage in dem Haus in Cléder. Es Liegt neben einer Ferienbetreuung für Kinder was aber für uns nicht störend war da wir tagsüber sowieso unterwegs waren. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Also Kaffeemaschine steht eine Senseo Pads Maschine zur Verfügung. Müll muss man an einer zentralen Müllsammelstelle entsorgen, welche sich auf dem Freizeitplatz neben an befindet. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Lage war super wir hatten nur ca 5-8 min Autofahrt zu den verschiedenen Stränden

Schöne Unterkunft, netter Gastgeber, Gemüsegarten der Bretagner

Haus super auch bei Regenwetter, Lage im Dorf gut (Bäcker etc. in der Nähe), angrenzende Schule (?) unkompliziert, da man tagsüber unterwegs ist, Felsen, Wanderwege, Meer wunderschön und trotz Hauptsaison nicht überlaufen. Würden immer wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt

Toller Aufenthalt!

Ein tolles Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Supermarkt, Bäcker und Metzger sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Superbe location à 3kms des plages

Superbe location correspondant entièrement aux photos : spacieuse, confortable,décorée avec goût et parfaitement équipée. Elle est située tout près des commerces accessibles à pied si nécessaire. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très aimables. Il y a beaucoup à voir dans la région immédiate, sans oublier toutes les superbes plages. A recommander chaudement.
