Apartment located in Torrevieja, in the heart of the Alicante region, 46 km from the airport—an attractive area offering numerous tourist activities. <br><br>This 78 m² apartment offers many convenient amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. It is close to the harbour, numerous activities (water sports and a museum), shops, cafes, and restaurants (a 5-minute walk), the “Habaneras” shopping centre (a 15-minute walk), and the beach, which is a 13-minute walk away.<br>You’ll enjoy the many evening strolls around the harbour, feeling safe—since the apartment is in the city centre, the Guardia Civil has a strong presence.<br><br>It features two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace with modern amenities (TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi). <br>You can get away from it all by taking a bus—located just a 1-kilometer walk from the apartment—to Alicante Airport, as well as to major Spanish cities like Madrid, Barcelona, or Cartagena. There are also buses in Torrevieja that take you to the towns and villages around Torrevieja.<br><br>Feel free to contact me. Bon appartement, bien équipé et spacieux. Propre, linge de lit et de toilette fourni, un plus.Seul hic le stationnement ! Écrit gratuit dans la rue, il faudrait dire gratuit dans la ville. 30 min quotidienne pour trouver une place dans les 800m autour.Dommage d'avoir eux des travaux tous les après-midi dans l'appartement du dessous

Bonjour, Je vous remercie pour votre commentaire. Je comprends votre remarque concernant le stationnement pendant la période estivale. Il y a un parking privé payant à 200 mètres de l'appartement, cependant je ne voulais pas imposé un coût supplémentaire à mes locataires. C'est pourquoi, je propose un prix de location inférieur au prix du marché. Cordialement

Postivit: Super lokasjon, gangavstand til strand, butikker, cafeer, m.m. Svært godt utstyrt kjøkken, behagelige senger, romslig leilighet, koselig altan. Hyggelig vertskap. Negativt: Ikke tilstrekkelig godt renhold. Greit å vite: Vertskapet kommuniserer i hovedsak på fransk/spansk. Man må selv ta med håndklær, såpe til bad og oppvasksvamp.
