This is a lovely, well furnished & supplied condo. Convenient location downtown Grand Haven. Kevin gave us helpful information regarding parking check-in, check-out and use of TV etc. He checked in with us to see if there was anything else we needed during our stay and gave us contact information in case we needed to get in touch. We were very pleased.

Kevin did a great of taking care of us. He was responsive to the few questions we had and made us feel like a guest in his home. My family (especially me) have spent many nights in many places but this place was far and away the cleanest most home feeling place we have stayed. I cant recommend it enough. It’s in the heart of the Main Street with access to the waterfront, shops and coffee right across the street. You cant do any better for location. The view from the roof is excellent and we watched the fountain show there. The place was very clean and well maintained. We will be back!

Excellent rental in perfect location

A very clean, well maintained rental in the heart of the action in Grand Haven. The roof top terrace was fun for watching the musical fountain show and enjoying the summer weather. Will definitley stay here again!

Greate Place, Great Host

Perfect location as it is next to the best restaurants and a nice stroll to the beach. Each night, we enjoyed the fountain show from the roof top view. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Very satisfied; exactly as advertised

The condo was great - it was super clean, was right downtown in the center of everything and it was exactly as advertised. The check in process went perfectly and we really enjoyed our experience. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely loved our stay here!! You can’t beat the location - we parked and walked to everything we needed! Kevin was great and gave us all info needed in advance for check in and was very responsive. This condo was beautiful!! Very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Great stay

This was a very nice property. It was clean and well organized. We would stay here again even though it was a little further away from the beach than we would have liked. (With three small kids, we needed to drive instead of walk to the beach). We loved that the owner provided us with beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, beach towels and a wagon.

Perfect location and amenities

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It included all the extra touches that make it special ... a balcony, warm & cozy lighting, beautifully decorated, comfy bed and very clean. The location met our needs - close to restaurants and the beach. The owner provided beach chairs, umbrella and wagon which we put to good use. The owner also checked in with us prior to arriving and as we began our stay to make sure we didn't have any outstanding questions. 5 of 5 stars!! and more if we could offer them.

Beautiful property on top notch location

This property was has been freshly renovated and is just magnificent. The building is also very nice, centrally located in the heart of all the action in Grand Haven. The rooftop is as advertised, and with only six units in the building we usually were one of only a couple families that we ever saw up there- great place to relax in the evening. Lots to do in the area- we particularly enjoyed a nearby park called Hoffmaster State Park. Kevin was very responsive and the check in process was on point. Parking can be a bit hairy during peak dinner hours, but otherwise is convenient. Overall a great vacation for my family and we’ll come back to Grand Haven in the future.

Our experience for five days!

Our condo was beautiful and very clean. They had everything we needed. The kitchen was supplied with everything we could have possibly needed. More than enough clean towels, etc. there were tv’s in every room to watch movies at night.. Kevin the owner was incredible with preparing us and answering any questions immediately. We had stayed at a different place last year and there was no comparison. You could not ask for a better location. You walk out the door and you have accessibility to everything in town. My son was at the campground and it was a beautiful walk watching the boats and people at the beach. I highly recommend staying there and will gladly stay there again!

Definite YES!

If you’re looking to experience all that Grand Haven has to offer, this is the perfect property for you! The location couldn’t be more central to downtown, surrounded by restaurants, shopping, activities, and more. We ate at a different restaurant for each meal and had a great time exploring the neighborhood. The waterfront is steps away from the building and the beach is a scenic 20 minute walk. The hosts, Kevin and Erica, were extremely helpful in providing information on parking, restaurant recommendations, and lots of thoughtful amenities in the condo that left us repeatedly saying, “I’ve NEVER stayed in a VRBO this well done.” The space is beautifully updated and was spotlessly clean. Don’t miss out on this one - I can’t recommend this booking enough!

This was a perfect location, in the heart of downtown and close to everything including easy to get to nearby towns like Holland and Saugatuck! Great shopping, beach nearby, and restaurants. The light show from the roof top is the best viewing! The condo was very clean and everything was labeled so easy to find supplies! They just replaced a damaged wagon before our arrival which was great for bringing beach supplies that they provided! Even had a nice goodie basket and gift card for us! Would highly recommend and the hosts were very quick to respond with any questions. Thanks Kevin and Erica for sharing your place:-)
