Extremely spacious, open living area, dining area and kitchen, all open plan with large decks off of living room & master bedroom. Top of the line kitchen counters & appliances. Wood flooring throughout. Pool Table and bar. The house even has its' own indoor elevator! This property has 3 large bedrooms, 5 bathrooms with large windows that wrap around the property giving you amazing views of Maine's most spectacular beach! Come and stay for a week and properly unwind. Or in the off-season come for an awesome weekend getaway. Wake up early and watch the most incredible sunrises either on the outdoor deck with coffee in hand or take advantage of the low tide and walk along the beach for miles.... it is just breathtaking and surreal! A beautiful property that is now available to rent year round for a week, a weekend or minimum two nights (discounted) midweek. Please do not contact us to inquire about off-season monthly rentals. Amazing Beach Getaway

Our family loved every minute spent at this property. Incredible views, steps to the beach, short walk to shops and restaurants, lots of parking. The family friendly house served our purposes very nicely. Very clean, well designed home. The whole experience exceeded our expectations.

Wonderful house and ocean views

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything was very high end and the views from the living room/kitchen area and balcony were beautiful. Not too far from portland or other areas with restaurants, but the kind of house you don't really even want to leave!

Decompression week!

I stayed here Monday-Friday with a gal pal who also needed a change of scenery and time to de-stress from work. The house was just as pictured - directly on the beach with spectacular sunrises and lots of space to spread out. As the primary renter, I had the front bedroom with private deck and en-suite bathroom. She took the bedroom at the opposite end of the hall, also with en-suite bathroom. We never heard each other. The top floor was SO comfortable with huge sectional sofa and comfy fold-out chairs. Check-in was super easy, just a code to punch into the electronic lock. Jason was just a text message away if we needed anything (we didn’t). It was early April, so most things in OOB were not yet open. Places we discovered and loved - JJ’s (next to the tracks in OOB center), Blast From the Past Too diner (Route 1 in Scarborough), and Terra Cotta Italian Market (also on Route 1 in Scarborough). Nearby fantastic hikes - Cascade Falls (easy!) and Prout’s Neck Cliff Walk (moderate - some scrambling over large rocks and stony beaches). I would absolutely rent this home again, particularly off season for the solitude.

Nice respite on the beach in Maine

We stayed here the week between Christmas and NYE. The house was lovely. We walked on the beach daily. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a rental home. Jason was easy to communicate with. I did not know much about the area before booking. The house is amazing but it seems somewhat out of place compared to the surrounding dwellings. It is obviously offseason so most things locally were closed, but Portland was an easy drive and we went to some really good restaurants there.

We are a family of 6, four children ages 9-15. We have been coming to Old Orchard Beach for the past 15 summers. Our children absolutely love playing on the large beach. This past summer they took up surfing lessons with the Corner Surf Shop. Blake was a fantastic instructor! He took videos and photos throughout their daily surfing lessons and posted them on his website each day. We take long walks at sunrise, 4-5 miles! If the kids are for it they join us for an early evening walk once the tide has gone back out.

A breathtaking house that you simply cannot pass on. Memories are what life is all about. Spending a week here with your family is just as good if not better than spending a week in the South of France, the Italian Amalfi Coast line, Greek Islands or Thailand. Trust me, been to all of these places. This place is where you will truly be able to relax, unwind and enjoy your family. Best of all for most of you it is just a short drive to get to!
