Featuring new flooring throughout, some new furniture and new TVs, this resort retreat's main level offers a large private deck with a view of the lake, living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Accessible by spiral staircase, the loft offers a great vacation space of its own. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs, DVD, Blu-ray, Wifi. Loft is accessed by spiral staircase.

Sea Colony Bethany Beach

My wife and I stayed at Sea Colony in Bethany Beach, Delaware. We stayed for a weekend and we were able to easily get to Lewes, Rehoboth Beach and was very close to the boardwalk of Bethany Beach. The Sea Colony community is really full of amenities. The pools, fitness center with hot tub and sauna, and the walking/ biking trails are easy to use and wonderful to access. The unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed.

Do not rent

This Unit is terrible and needs improvements to be made when there are no renters - the fridge does not cool, the AC vents are moldy, the windows are opaque in main room slider, bedroom and kitchen from poor design, the blinds in both rooms are broken and the primary shower door dumps water after showering when you open and close it - it was not cleaned well and had dust bunnies and cobwebs. I would love to get some money back from this rental as we were extremely disappointed in this property at Sea Colony.

Place has not been maintained

I was disappointed in how this home was maintained. Almost all of the windows, including the sliding glass door, had a broken seal and were fogged up so was very hard to see out of. Make it feel claustrophobic. The furniture in the living room was worn out and dirty, especially the yellow chair, which looked like it was comfortable but no one wanted to sit in it because it was so dirty and the cushions were falling apart. In the primary bathroom the caulk was falling off on the outside of the shower and was filled with black mold on the inside of the shower. The little storage shed outside, although not for our use, it looked like the shingles had blown off and the door was falling off the hinges. This looks like it was once a very nice place but felt very run down and not maintained. I was disappointed that I spent so much money but could barely see the views out the window. I would not stay in this rental again, esp for the ridiculous amount I paid. Overall, the condition of this rental negatively impacted my vacation.

Great location

The location on West Lake was great! Excellent fishing, close to the fitness center, and convenient to the Tram stop. We have stayed in less expensive units that were a little nicer in past years, but this one had everything that we needed when our favorite units were already booked.

Cozy Beach Rental

This rental home was comfortable and had everything we needed for a nice vacation. Exactly as advertised. The rental agency made check in and check out very easy. The extra beds in the loft were great for our teens. It was about a mile walk to the beach if you didn’t drive or take a tram.

2003 west lake court

Well equipped unit although some of furnishing could be updated. Location was perfect for getting around with a beautiful view of the lake. When the toaster didn’t work we were immediately given a brand new one. Would come back to Sea Colony again.

We enjoyed staying at this unit. It had everything we needed and was very cozy. It’s easy to hop on the shuttle to the beach and it’s close to the other amenities. Would definitely stay here again.
