This spacious two-story, 5-bedroom 3.5-bath single family vacation home is located in the community of Wedgefield in Ocean View, just about 10 minutes to the beach and across the street from Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club, a 27-hole championship golf course. Less than a block to the community pool, this freshly repainted (2019) home features two master bedrooms - one on first floor and one on second - as well as an 'office/den' with desk, which is great for setting up a laptop. Enjoy the fresh air by relaxing in the covered front porch. Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. 3 TVs, 3 DVDs, gas grill, outdoor shower, Wifi., Keurig (as well as drip coffee maker), 2-car garage (only fits one car due to additional storage). Plus, bikes, golf clubs, pool noodles, sand toys, high chair, pack n play, beach chairs and umbrellas (courtesy items not guaranteed).

*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Great space for large groups

Our group of 9 adults had a great stay! The neighborhood is quiet, the pool was a short drive down the road, and the beach supplies in the garage were a life saver! Great stay for the price!

Great home away from home

This house had everything we needed for our stay and was a close drive to the beach. We loved that they had beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to make our beach days comfortable. We definitely recommend this home and would stay here again when we come back to Bethany Beach. Perfect place for a family with all the space plus a high chair, 2 pack n plays, toys, books, games, movies, and even air mattresses.

Very nice! Well supplied, great location.

The only problem was the house not cleaned before our arrival. It took 4 phone calls and that many hours for someone to arrive to clean the house. We were ok with it at first, however, It became very frustrating as we began to wonder if anyone would show up to clean.

Beautiful home

Beautiful house; however the master bedrooms bed are very uncomfortable, huge dip in the middle. Halfway through the trip, I had to waste 3 hours washing clothing because after we checked in got a notification the washer wasn’t working. Only packed a few things because I thought we’d have a washer. I’d suggest bring your own towels and wash cloths to the next guest… there was only one washcloth… lol

Loved the property

House was very spacious and clean. Beach toys were great so we didn't have to purchase nothing for the kids to have fun. Now good old Karen could have not left a note for us about the sandy toys being left in front of garage for couple hours until we got back to clean them off before putting back in garage. Also couldn't access the pool upon arrival because key was not present on hook next to door as directions said and took 2 days to get the replacement( kids were not excited about that). Otherwise was a great stay would definately stay again.

ResortQuest fixed things promptly

This is a pleasant house, pretty well-equipped. There were little problems -- the linens package didn't have everything that was supposed to be in it, an easy chair that was supposed to be in the living room was in the study, and the upstairs bathtub drained slowly. The good news was that each of these complaints was promptly and courteously responded to. The house would have been more enjoyable for us if there had been a deck or another kind of outdoor room for some of our 10 people to occupy, but basically the five bedrooms and three and a half baths worked pretty well. The pool was much enjoyed by our grown-up grandson, and the weather was exemplary. Our six-year-old granddaughter enjoyed the toys in the toy chest.

Great Space - Needs Updating

The house was in a great location near the beach and had plenty of room for our group of ten. However, the furniture and appliances were dated and the washer was broken. Maintenance did try to fix it, but was unable to during our stay. Overall, the house provided the essentials and my family was satisfied with the accommodations.

Clean but needs improvements

Nice place but washer didn't work properly it took us forever to figure out which setting the rinse and spin cycle worked on. The fridge says it doesn't make ice but dispenses it but does neither we bought ice. The porch was horrible we couldn't enjoy it it was filled with bird poop everywhere on seats and all should have been pressure washed before renting out. The tv in the downstairs master bedroom doesn't work either. The house could use an upgrade especially the yard it could use a deck and more televisions. A portable table would be nice. Not walking distance to beach. And the Ocean View thing is decieving there is no view. Otherwise comfortable for a big family.

Great home, location, and area!

Neighbors were kind and respectful! Surroundings were welcoming and clean. Home was beautiful and comfy! The space accommodated my party greatly. Short walk to the community pool. Close to Bethany beach and boardwalk. About 30 minutes from Rehoboth beach and boardwalk and walmart. Cvs and wawa within about 5 minutes. Highly recommend. Definitely would stay again!

The drive was wonderful great scenery and traffic was great coming from maryland.

My prayer group and I was very disappointed with that home. Inner shower curtains were filled with mold. Lower master bedroom tv was stucked on channel 4 the entire trip no one responded to my text. Shower drains were clogged water slow to go down. One burner on the stove wasn't working Several stains on the carpet upstairs and downstairs Vent required cleaning in the living room The home itself is very beautiful and it has potential if it was maintained

Great House for Large Families

This house worked perfectly for our 2 families. Plenty of space. Not much outside space but that didn't matter as we spent most of our time at the beach.

ok but could use some improvements

Home worked for our three families (being near golf, great new community playground and food stores) but the carpets were stained, mbr bed sucked and a safer frame was needed. Front porch was dirty (from spills that left stains) and trash from the garage (not to be collected until Monday am) smelled so bad we got manager to have it picked up on Sunday. He was responsive with a bit of a push. Really could use some back yard option, back steps were old and broken. Small patio with safe steps would of been great near outdoor shower.

Not recommended

First the furniture is very dated. (OLD!) Beds are not comfortable. We had to clean the house ourselves because it was dusty and dirty. The grill was so dirty we could not use it. Only 1 of the 3 tv’s worked and it was still crappy! My IPhone’s screen is bigger than those TV’s. The cable had no options and the inter net was awful. Had to buy ice cause ice maker didn’t work. The back stairs are broken. Very dangerous! Will not be back and will not recommend to anyone. I usually keep quiet and never post reviews but this house was not worth the money.

Good stay

We had a good stay this past weekend. There are a few things that would have made it a better stay. not having to go somewhere else to get keys. Have a keypad on the door is more convenient, especially when you have 10 people staying at the house. The appliances are out dated. The ice machine did not work. The TV in the upstairs master did not work. And the water got way too hot. Several of us burned our hands.

The owner provided information on cleaning requirements, trash collection and have helpful information on tourist dining and local events. We loved the fact that the owner had beach items, cleaning items and toys that we could use while we were staying there! We would definitely consider coming back to this rental in the future! We were very pleased.
