Spacious, clean, comfortable, well-appointed home and resort community. We enjoyed the community pool, golf, fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts. The beaches and downtown Bethany Beach are a quick drive. Great place! Lots to do for everyone! Highly recommend!

This stay was wonderful for our group of 8 women for a girls weekend. There was plenty of space to spread out and the property was in a great location for thrifting. When we arrived, there were people working on the air conditioner but the host communicated with us and let us know how important it was that we have working air conditioning. For 8 menopausal women, that was greatly appreciated!! Thank you for being a wonderful host. We look forward to staying again in the future.

This house was perfect for our group, very comfortable and spacious. The downstairs playroom was great for the kids with plenty of games stocked and a pool table. The bedrooms had plenty of room to spread out and lots of closet space. The beach was a quick, easy drive away. Overall, a great place to stay!

Plenty of space for our group of 12. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. We enjoyed the basement family room with pool table and the outside seating area. Nice shaded walk to the pools/sports area, and short ride to beach. As a helpful note for future guests, all the beds are set quite high off the ground. At 5' 1" I found them a bit challenging to get in and out of , though taller guests likely won't mind. Aside from that, the rental property was awesome!

The stay was just what my family and I needed. The weather wasn’t the greatest but Sue’s place made us feel comfy and right at home . Usually stay in Ocean City MD but staying at Sue’s place we’ve found a new destination . Ocean View DE is AWESOME. Recommend staying here . It’s close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare a family meal. Truly a home away from home .

We had a little trouble with the keypad getting in but once we were in we were very happy with the accommodations and location and price. The communication with the host was very good and she was able to get us in despite the keypad not working. It was also very late when we arrived but she called us back right away! It was a bit inconvenient to have to go and buy toilet paper and paper towels the first day we arrived, but that is a minor problem. We were 8 adults with 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths which worked great for us. We brought our linens and towels from home to save money. And only one of us purchased the extra facilities package because he wanted to work out. We enjoyed driving to the beach daily. We didn't cook because we enjoy eating out with so many great restaurants to choose from. Our mattresses were comfortable & there were many outlets in the bedrooms. Lots of closets and hangers in the three upper bedrooms. We enjoyed the pool table and the large TV in the basement. I would like to return to this lovely home again should we vacation on Delaware again. Thanks for being great hosts!

The place was exactly as described! It was fantastic and clean! The owner was a phone call away and went above and beyond to let us know great locations for kids as well as if anything went wrong! The family would absolutely vacation here again!
