Added a new private pool. Newer lakefront estate home right in the heart of Osage Beach. This beautifully furnished home is just minutes from the outlet mall, restaurants, go-carts, putt putt golf, movie theaters and more. Enjoy breath taking views while sipping coffee on one of two covered decks. This lakefront home is located in a fantastic cove perfect for tubing and water sports.

The gorgeous gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect lakefront meal. The granite countertops, Thermadore appliances, and beautiful hardwood floors add to the comforts of the home. The family room is a perfect gathering spot with its two story stone (wood burning) fireplace and 65” flat screen high definition smart TV. A DVD player is also there for your enjoyment.

The master bedroom is located on the main floor and it is a retreat in itself. It has a king bed, a large flat screen smartTV, gorgeous views and a separate door leading directly to the covered deck area. The spa like master bathroom has granite counter tops, a beautiful travertine stone shower and a large tub.

The lower level is set up as a fantastic recreation area complete with a ping pong table . It has a wet bar with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and granite countertops. The large sectional couch faces a 65” flat screen smart TV. Additionally, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths in the lower level. The lower level opens up onto a private covered deck just feet from the water. Two bedrooms on this level have a queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds for the kids.

The upper level has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Bedroom 1 upstairs has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 upstairs has a queen and a twin bed. Bedroom 3 upstairs has 2 queen beds.

The dock has a 14 x 40 covered slip and is just steps from the home. Also included is a kayak and paddle boat for your enjoyment.

An outdoor firepit is located by the lake for roasting marshmallows and hotdogs. This home has everything you need for a fabulous lake vacation! Enjoy!

We live in Columbia, Mo.,which is just a short drive from the lake. We have found this is a perfect place to bring our children as well as our children's friends. We spend most of our leisure time at the lake and have many wonderful memories of the lake.

Why they chose this property

We chose this location because it is all about the location at the lake. We have everything within 5 minutes of our home, including restaurants, ourlet mall, golf courses, movie theater, and the only local hospital at the lake.

What makes this property unique

Our home is just a few years old with all of the new amenities incuding granite counter tops, wood burning fireplace, hardwood floors, stainless appliances, and most of all the covered decks to enjoy the best views at the lake.
