Private Island Retreat with 500' Level Lakefront & 3 Houses with Private Docks!!

Leave Hwy 54 and instantly enter your own flat lakefront oasis! Green Beach Island is a triangular property with water on the two front sides and separation from neighbors on the back side by highway right-of-way. You can enjoy total privacy without driving down long lake roads or dealing with steep driveways. Three separate houses, each with its own dock and private boat ramp assure plenty of parking and elbow room to help your family unwind. It is hard to believe that you can be in the city center and 3 minutes later be enjoying a private retreat with no neighbors on a beautiful, newly renovated lakefront sanctuary. (we do realize we aren't an Island in the classical sense, but since we have total privacy except over one road or by boat, it sure feels like an island to us :)
Planning a fun weekend on the lake? At Green Beach Island you won’t need a golf cart or repelling gear to get to the water. All three houses are just a few level steps from front porch to boat dock. Bring your boat and utilize our private ramp to launch your boat or pwc. Two of the three available boat docks have swim platforms and all three have covered slips. Nearby attractions include Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Old Kinderhook Golf & Spa Resort, and Lake Valley Golf Club.
Choosing our property for your getaway includes all three newly renovated houses. The largest house has open floor plan with 4 bedrooms (3 king beds, 2 doubles), three full bathrooms, a family room, and wrap around deck. The middle house is a cozy 2 bedroom (1 king 2 doubles), one full bath with an open floor plan and large deck. The third house has three bedrooms (2 queens 2 doubles), 2 full baths, a large central gathering area, and a full length deck. All three houses have fully equipped kitchens, center islands, and stainless steel appliances. Two houses have washer and dryers on-site. Expecting Cousin Eddie?—we offer, for an additional fee, an RV spot that includes water, electric, and a two tier fishing deck right on the water.
We welcome family reunions, corporate retreats, micro weddings, church group gatherings, and similar groups.

Family Reunion

We had a wonderful week staying at Green Beach island. The houses were clean, had plenty of supplies/amenities, and the hosts were each to contact and answered all the questions I had as I prepared for our reunion. I would recommend this place for sure. Family Thanksgiving Gathering

This was great for the family and I. Everything was great from the check-in, the communication with the owners, the location and the overall experience. They had everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving a success. We cooked, laughed, played games and was all able to enjoy each other in tge main house because of how soacious this place was. The homes were exactly like the pictures. Very clean and updated. Right on the lake, secluded and a very short drive to town. Our entire group was beyond pleased with the home and we will all be back many times! Accommodations were great and the owners were very helpful with ideas and suggestions on the boat rental company! A Great Place to Stay

This is a perfect place to stay for a large group. The 3 houses allow for plenty of room to spread out comfortably. We were able to enjoy being together as well, in the larger house and outside on the lake with the 3 docks and on the 3 porches. The 3 houses were well furnished, updated and clean. The kitchens are complete and worked out for our families. The pictures of the property are accurate.

Perfect for Large Grouos

We are a family that traveled from Colorado, Kentucky and Tennessee. This property was perfect for grandparents, kids and grandkids. The houses were well-stocked with everything needed for family meals. The owners were very helpful and gave us access to a wide variety of water toys our kids enjoyed. Having the boat dock steps away from the houses made boat rentals easy. We would absolutely stay at this property for future reunions.

Perfect for our BIG Family Weekend

The Baker family had an unforgettable time at the Lake of the Ozarks! These cabins were absolutely perfect for our big group of 36. We even had 10 family members find a cozy spot across the lake to give us all a little extra space—worked out great!The Cabins were well equipped with all of the THINGS anyone might need. Our group spanned five states—Pennsylvania, Kansas, New Jersey, Missouri, and Indiana—and included ages from 11 months to 93 years old. Everyone found something to enjoy, whether it was relaxing by the fire, going out for ice cream, or spending the day out on the water with our rented boat.We made so many memories and truly appreciated the comfort, space, and amenities these cabins provided. Can’t wait to do it again!

The 3 houses were perfect. The lake is just a few steps away. The lily pads were so much fun. Beds very comfy. Everything was so perfect. Being able to put our jet skis right in the water, having our own ramp, was such a wonderful surprise. ( maybe i missed that in the description) I cant wait to return!

This spot worked GREAT!!! for our multigenerational family. The houses were great, having so much space and privacy was also really fantastic. The docks and all the water toys made it extra fun. This place was amazing! Well stocked with everything you need to host big groups. Perfectly located right by the lake and the house was updated and cute! The beds were super comfy and had plenty of space for everyone to have their own space to disappear for a nap if they wanted to. Plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen space was great. Great place for a large group

We had a group of 23 people and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Green Beach Property. The location was awesome and the houses had everything we needed to stay comfortably. A small suggestion to the owner is to make sure there is hot water in the shower for 2nd and 3rd houses also. There were 3 bathrooms in the 1st house so we all managed but it would be nice to have hot water in all three houses. Overall the property was great for our big group with a beautiful view and no neighbors nearby.

We both grew up only a short drive from Lake of the Ozarks, and still live there today. We've been married over 30 years, and have always loved the lake area. I am a retired 3rd grade teacher, and Chris grew up in the floor covering installation business, which evolved into home construction in 1989.
This is an exciting time in our life as our family has recently expanded to include a daughter in law, and 2022 will see us adding a son in law. We can't forget to mention our 2 grand dogs that love lake life as much as we do! We are all crazy about the lake area, and especially the Green Beach property. As a matter of fact, we love it so much that we hate to leave when it's time to go back home. Our hope is that our guests feel exactly the same!

Why they chose this property

We have been in the construction business since 1989, but started flipping homes in 2015. When our realtor called us in November of 2020 to tell us about this property, he was insistent that we come immediately to see this "never before listed" Green Beach treasure. We could see how unique the property was when we arrived, and before the afternoon ended, we were in contract to purchase. We fully intended to renovate and sell the property just as we had done to over 50 properties since 2015. However, the more time we spent at Green Beach and around Camdenton, the more we fell in love with this one of a kind property. That love, and lots of prayer, resulted in the decision to keep Green Beach, name it our "island", and share it with other families.
