Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure you clean up the pool deck and close the top of the hot tub.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Bachelor or Bachelorette groups. Must be a min of 25 to rent
No pets or smoking. Fine of $300. No glass at the pool. You must do check out procedures of there is a fee of $100 min
Quiet hours must be followed 10pm-8am. Second warning will be asked to leave without refund.
