On top of all that, to ensure your stay is truly memorable, your vacation home has undergone numerous renovations for 2023. These include new patches for the screened-in porch and sliding door, new coats of paint for light exterior sconces, new exterior side stairs, the side deck and new stairs being restained, the front door being repainted, and mattress toppers for the second and den bedroom to make the mattresses more comfortable.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
