About this property

This home away from home is located on the desirable east-side of Lake George just minutes from the restaurants and shops of Lake George Village. Tucked away on a private road, in a quiet neighborhood with only seven homes, the house is surrounded by tall hedges for seclusion and privacy. With direct lake access, a huge lake-view porch, a private sandy beach, 141’ of frontage in the lake’s southern basin, and so much more. This home sleeps 8 people, with three bedrooms, two full baths, and two, half baths.

The main floor features lake views from every room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room. The dining and living room are large, yet cozy, both with a fireplace. Also, on the main floor are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with lake views and a master bath with double sinks, a large soaking tub, and a separate shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. The lower level has a ton of space and natural light, with a family/game room including a pool table, a trundle bed, and a half bath. This level also offers a direct walkout to the lake.

Enjoy all that Lake George has to offer at this home. With direct lake access and a sandy beach, it’s perfect for a day of enjoying the water. Watch the boats go by and the fabulous sunsets on the sundeck above the boathouse, or on the large front porch. Fish for bass and lake trout from the private dock or try out your skills on the diving board! Also included is a BBQ grill, for all your outdoor cooking needs. Gather around the fire pit for some s’ mores with everyone.

This home also features an oversized, heated garage; perfect for traveling during the winter months. Also included is dock space for boats up to 28’. Get out on the water and enjoy the great Lake George. Bed linens, bath/beach towels are provided as well as central air.

Once your booking is confirmed you will be required to sign a rental agreement. This will need to be completed to get your check-in instructions. On the day of arrival, the check-in instructions will be sent via email at check-in which is 4 pm. ***

This is a beautiful house on the lake. We stayed here in the off season, but would love to return in the summer!

Paradise on the Lake!!

It was our first time visiting Lake George as a family and we wanted to make it special! After searching multiple properties we selected this beautiful lakefront home and it was just perfect! The home is spacious and well appointed plus it has everything you need too! The lake views are spectacular and you can see Lake George Village across the lake. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We enjoyed ourselves immensely in the home and our only complaint was that we didn’t have more time to stay there! Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Perfect place for memories

The home has a great floor plan, amazing views, the boathouse and outdoor deck are perfect places to enjoy the views and spend time with family - the home is neat, clean and comfortable in a great location.

Dream Vacation

I just have to start with saying we were all blown away from our first step into the house and saw the breathtaking view of the lake. It just got better from there. Loved every minute of our stay. 10 Minutes from the Village, 20 + minutes from Bolton Landing. But you don't even need to leave the property. Gorgeous house, views and location. Loved every minute
