Cozy Modern Farmhouse

The location of this cozy Diamond Point modern farmhouse is perfect for guests who want to take advantage of activities in both Lake George and Bolton Landing. This unique home sits on half an acre and boasts a sprawling backyard for family games or you can cozy up by the fireplace after a long day of skiing or hiking to watch Netflix. Enjoy your favorite beverage or book while rocking in one of the front porch rockers. You’ll get a great night’s rest for the activities you have planned in either of the two master bedrooms. One master bedroom is upstairs and the other is downstairs with french doors leading to the deck for some late night star gazing. The kids will have sweet dreams in their bunk beds. There’s even a tee pee tent upstairs for imaginary play. Close to beaches, Lake George village /restaurants/hiking trails/ skiing/ Great Escape and outlets.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you are staying over night on a Sunday and have garbage please wheel the garbage and recycling cans that are located under the deck up by the mailbox The garbage truck comes Monday morning 6am
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Photo ID is required at least one week prior to check in.
The town of Lake George has approved our home for 6 guests only. Renters will be asked to leave if this rule is not followed.
Please do not park in Yankee Boat parking lot while staying at our home.

We loved our stay! This was such a cute, cozy house and Katherine and Kevin did such a great job of setting the atmosphere for our arrival. Everything was clean and all the amenities were as advertised. The home was all decorated for fall and the attention to detail was just so appreciated. The location was perfect - about 10 minutes up the road from Lake George Village. We would 100% stay here again if we are ever in the area again. Thanks again for hosting us!

This property is even better than the pictures! Very clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. Such a cozy feeling with plenty of space! We were here for a bachelorette weekend and it was everything we wanted!

There were 4 in our family group and we were all very comfortable staying in this home. It is a perfect location to explore the area, cook a few family meals, relax at night and watch a movie together in. The busy street made it a hard place to bike from, but we found nearby trails to bring our bikes to. The gas grill, fire pit, picnic table and long back yard was perfect for making summer meals. We’d definitely return for Lake George vacations! Things we loved: the main bedroom, kitchen, front porch, comfy atmosphere, kid friendly bedroom, privacy, backyard!

Very clean and cozy home. The hosts were highly communicative. Great home if you have elderly guests with limited mobility; the stairs were manageable, and I appreciated having a place where my in-laws could stay on the first floor. The driveway is a bit steep, and we bottomed out in our minivan, so enter and exit at an angle.
