This two-story, four-bedroom (and loft), three-bath Swann Cove home is just a short drive to the beaches, restaurants, shops, and amusements of Fenwick Island, Delaware, and Ocean City, Maryland. Featuring a convenient first-floor main suite and a screened porch for outdoor entertaining, this vacation home makes an ideal base camp for beach adventures. Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and more. Guests can enjoy five SmartTVs (including a new 65' Smart TV in the living room), four Blu-rays, a gas grill, and WiFi. Note: The fireplace is not available for guest use. The TV in the second bedroom is available for Netflix/streaming only - there is no cable connection.
*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Note: Swann Cove features a community pool, which is open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests do not have access to the community's gym and clubhouse. A $50 per reservation fee covers the use of the pool for up to eight people in the party.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The house is clean and in a good location not too far from the beaches. There was plenty of room for 6 people in our family.

Family Vacation
This home was very spacious with an open concept. Very short walk to the community pool. The pool was awesome plenty of room and never really crowded. Very quiet neighborhood to relax in the evening after the pool or Beach!

Nice Neighborhoood
Walking pathes pool etc arde lovely. Landscaping lovely. Spacious . If you have handicaps you need to realize there are 3uunrailed steps in front and 3 railed steps in the garage entrance. The back porch steps are also there. No easy option if you have an issue with steps. Spotted a bald eagle in the pier on property!

This property really filled all our needs for our family vacation. We hope to return again.
Things got off to a rocky start, due to a few maintenance and housekeeping issues that needed to be taken care of before settling in. Resort Quest worked with us to resolve the problems and our vacation finally got started. It was a nice property and worked well for our group. Convenient location for the beach. The community pool was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked, which made cooking in very easy. We enjoyed the screened in porch. We did notice some ant activity.

A great house in a nice neighborhood!
We loved our stay here! It is a great house in a quiet cul-de-sac so the kids were able to ride bikes and scooters without a lot of traffic. It is close to Ocean City and Bethany Beach (only 20 minutes away) and the pool was great! The house was clean and comfortable. I gave it 4 stars because when we got in the sheets to the sofa bed we're missing and no one brought them that afternoon or evening, so the first night we had no sheets for that bed. Also, the kitchen had no hand towels or dish cloths so that was frustrating. We had to run out and buy a 9x13 casserole dish for meals and there was no pizza cutter or ice cream scoop, so if you plan to do a lot of meals in like we did, maybe keep those things in mind when you pack for vacation! Overall, a great place to stay!

Disappointed in management.
The day we arrived we were happy at first site. After the first full day I sent a message to management with a few problems we had run into. One of the large coils on the electric stove did not work. So we decided to grill. The grill was disgustingly dirty. There were no grill cleaning utensils to clean it with. When we filled the dishwasher and went to put dishes away after they were clean the dishwasher tipped forward because it was not anchored to the counter. Very nice screened in back porch but could not be utilized since it only had 2 metal chairs and small table. Vacasa said they would send someone over but we never heard from them again.

good times
The house is always in great shape and clean. Our group has stayed for several years and always enjoys the area and the people. Vacasa took care of two small issues right away.
When we arrived away property, there were garbage pails all over the driveway and a bin with soiled linens on front porch that was attracting flies which then came into the house when we opened the door. Found another bin of dirty linens in the garage. We were not able to put cars in garage as stated . The front entryway floor as well as the rest of the house had sand and dirt on them, the mats and rugs in the house appeared to not not have been cleaned in years. Really gross. Just throw them out and don't put out Rugs. Kitchen was dirty. Pail with no bag had food stuck to it, pasta on the floor, coffee machine had molded grinds in it, fingerprints all over the place- furniture,appliances. Paid for linens and not given enough- one roll of toilet paper and one tiny bar of soap for 6 adults who were using 3 bathrooms. Closets in bedrooms smelled bad. Amongst other issues. We called the resort company. Was on hold for over a hour and then sent to voicemail. Called them for days and never got through to anyone. I emailed them and they never responded to either our entire stay. We had to go to store and buy cleaners and spend the first night cleaning and disinfecting the house instead of celebrating our friends 50th birthday and my husband's birthday. The entire stay no one returned our calls or emails. Upon checkout, I was telling the woman about all the issues that occurred when another employee, Ron comes over and starts yelling at me for getting confrontational with her which I was not. But i guess he thinks me saying what was wrong with the unit as being a confrontation is an issue. He then continued to berate his managers and that they don't do their jobs. That they are not on premises, don't care and leave them to deal with everyone's complaints but that they have no authority to do anything about it. I am not one to post reviews but I have rented condos and houses before and have never been so disappointed in my stay and then to be treated like I did something wrong is just unacceptable. I would not recommend this unit or Resort Quest especially at a time when additional measures for disinfecting and cleanliness should be taken because of COVID. I felt our health were put at risk because of the condition the house was in. Hopefully we don't get sick.
