We had a fantastic week at this lovely holiday cottage near Annecy. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and we especially loved sitting on the terrace in the evening, enjoying the amazing view.

Wonderful property. Views from the house and terrace are amazing. Pictures don’t really do it justice. Property was clean and well equipped and Sophie was very helpful and friendly. We all had a great time and would happily stay there again.

Beautiful House

Amazing house overlooking the lake and mountains. Stunning deck area. House is modern and well appointed with all things necessary, including a beam to cup coffee machine! Sophie is lovely and very kind and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.

The house is located with a wonderfull view, located in a small mountain village. Paragliders flying near the house. Very good beds. Luxurious atmosphere. Pleasant contact with the owners. We loved it!

Luxury and comfort in the mountains

A beautiful property with stunning views from all windows. Larger than we thought with 4 good bedrooms, an office and a utility room plus large garage where we stored bikes. All bedrooms have doors to balconies. The terrace has awesome views over the lake. The only watch-out for some might be it’s a long and steep walk to Talloires - expect to use your car a lot unless you’re a keen cyclist.

Belle maison avec superbe vue sur le lac d’Annecy

La maison de Sophie est très bien placée, avec vue imprenable sur le Lac d’Annecy et à proximité d’activités sportives . Nous avons fait du canyoning situé à 10 mn de la maison et du parapente à 20 mn. L’avantage est que ce n’est pas loin de tout, tout en étant au calme. Sophie est une hôte disponible et très agréable. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Traumhaus!

Wir wurden sehr nett von Sophie empfangen und haben uns direkt rundum wohl gefühlt. Überall findet man ein sonniges oder schattiges Plätzchen auf der Terrasse, die rund um das Haus geht. Und die Aussicht durch die Fenster und von der Terrasse auf den See ist atemberaubend. Die vier Tage hier waren in jeder Hinsicht perfekt. Vielen Dank an Sophie wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein echtes Paradies! Sehr geschmackvolles Holz-Chalet oberhalb des Lac d‘Annecy (auf ca. 850m). Aufgrund der Lage am Berg und der Höhe im Sommer sehr angenehm. Alles hochwertig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet; sehr bequeme Betten. Grill. Super Kommunikation mit Sophie, sie war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit; als das Gas für den Gasherd getauscht werden musste, hat sie sich sofort darum gekümmert.

Fabuleux séjour !

Nous avons été magnifiquement accueillis par Sophie qui nous fait découvrir sa très belle maison entre montagnes et lac. L'équipement est de grande qualité et Sophie très disponible. La vue de la maison est vraiment incroyable. L'environnement est très calme et parfait pour tout type de séjour.. Idéalement située la propriété permet d'être rapidement dans les massifs ou au bord du lac. Nous avons tous hâte d'y retourner !
