Enjoy the privacy of this mountain retreat that overlooks Horsetooth Reservoir and is a short 2 minute drive to lake access. Motor boats, paddle boards and kayaks are available for rent at the marina. Watch for the families of deer as you drive up the dirt road to our private retreat. As you walk through the front door, you will feel at home with the fully remodeled interior. Spend winter nights in the hot tub watching the snow fall over the reservoir. Gather with your group in our large open living room area. Don't miss the large deck out back for your afternoon full of grilling steaks and enjoying a few of the local brews.

Three bedroom, two bathroom newly renovated reservoir retreat with hot tub and patio dining overlooking Horsetooth Reservoir and Fort Collins. The lower level is dedicated to the "Master King Suite". You will find a king sized bed, Smart TV and private bath including a large tub and shower. The main level offers two bedrooms. One furnished with a queen bed and the other with two twins. You'll have a restful night's sleep on the luxury bedding supplied with plenty of cozy blankets. With the fully remodeled kitchen, you'll enjoy cooking your groups breakfast or packing a picnic for the day's adventures.

If you are missing city life, don't stress. Just 10 minutes away you will find the vibrant city of Fort Collins where you can smell the beer brewing and nightlife come alive.

The home does have a semi-steep driveway and 4-wheel or all wheel drive is suggested. Garage is accessible to guests from the inside of the home.
