Enjoy beautiful views of Lake Charlevoix in this updated and well-appointed 2,450 sq ft Harborage condo that is 50 feet from the water. This spacious 4-bedroom condo has a large master bedroom on the main floor with a desk for remote work, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds on the 2nd floor, and 1 bedroom with a queen and one set of bunk beds. 2.5 bathrooms. It sleeps 10 comfortably. The loft is great area for games and reading. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay and entertaining. You can sit 5 at the bar seats, and 8 or more at a large dining farm table. The living area is very comfortable and casual with a flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace. Finally, enjoy two lake facing deck patios - one on the main floor that includes a gas grill and a fire top patio table that seats 6. Another deck on the second floor with two chase lounge chairs and breakfast table with two chairs for sunning, quiet time, or a little separation.
The fantastic ambience of the area starts with the beautifully kept grounds of The Harborage and 2,500 feet of sandy lakefront. Add in a putting green and tennis, basketball and pickle ball courts. And of course, the sunsets are spectacular. You are an 8 minute walk to downtown Boyne City and all the restaurants, ice cream, shopping, and breweries. You are a quarter mile from fantastic hiking up the Avalanche Trail. At the top you will have a fabulous view of Lake Charlevoix. Bring the bikes and get on the trail to Boyne Mt. for a great ride.

Another great year in Boyne City!

We had a great time staying at Mark & Lori's place (our second year). The condo has everything we need for a great family vacation and you can't beat the beach and water! The walkability to town is a real bonus.

The condo was beautiful and impeccably clean. Plenty of room for our 7 adults and 2 kids. The condo was just steps away from a beach with a swimming area, which the kids loved. I would highly recommended this properly to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Lake Vacation

Property was just fantastic. Very short walk to downtown and all the restaurants and bars. Also ideally the marina was right next door allowing us to dock our boat for easy access.

Great annual family vacation

We’ve stayed at many places in and around Boyne City over the years and this rental is at the top of the list. Very spacious and comfortable and the access to the beach is perfect. The owners care for their renters is apparent - gift basket, beach chairs and wagon, racket equipment, fully stocked Keurig, etc. We look forward to visiting again next year.

Even though it was windy and snowy, the view of the lake was so pretty! Everything was clean and there was plenty of room for our family of 7. The downtown area right down the street was adorable. We’d love to come back in the summer!

Relaxing Getaway with perfect accommodations!

The property was everything we were looking for! The views were amazing, the furniture/beds very comfortable, and every room was so very nicely decorated. What put it over the top was the hosts' thoughtfulness with all the extra touches that made our stay so enjoyable. Anything I could think of that I might need was already there and waiting for us: toiletries, well-appointed kitchen, even snacks! The welcome documents were clear and easy to understand making our check-in and out so very simple. We had a wonderful time and would definitely plan a return visit.

Girls Weekend

Our experience was perfect! The home was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun getaway. So many things to do during the day hiking, shopping and amazing dining! After a full day of having fun we were able to start a fire in the fireplace and relax in a comfortable beautiful home with breath taking views. Mark and Lori were a pleasure to work with! Gorgeous sunsets every night

We rented this place for a week with my family, including children, and had a great time! The private beach and swimming area were great. It has a large inner tube out in the deep water that is fun for all ages. Having the beach so close was key particularly for the little kids. Also, the sunsets were amazing! We haven’t stayed in Boyne City before but would definitely go back (usually Charlevoix). Thanks for a great stay!

A wonderful condo a short distance from Boyne Mountain.

We stayed mid-winter for a family ski trip at Boyne Mountain. The condo was wonderful; spacious and well appointed. The view across the lake is beautiful. About a 10 minute drive to Boyne Mountain. We'll definitely be considering another stay here for our next family ski trip.

Fantastic Birthday Ski Weekend

Beautiful condo very convenient to Skiiing at Boyne. We often rent condos for family events and this one was one of the best. We had everything we needed. The kitchen is exceptionally well outfitted (I am a kitchen gadget collector myself). The beds were super comfortable and the hosts are very generous with amenities even leaving flowers and a treat basket. Would love to see the view in the summer.

Clean, well stocked (but NOT overly stocked), great location

We stayed at this gorgeous condo for a fall getaway (2 grandparents, 2 toddler, 2 parents). The floor plan is so thoughtful, the house is immaculate (no sticky shelves, drawers, etc), the kitchen was stocked perfectly. Often in rentals, the kitchens are jammed full of a zillion glasses, plates, spices, random blenders, that there's no room for your own food to be put away. Everything about this property has been meticulously thought through. We loved out stay and hope to be back next fall! Oh---- and the beach is literally RIGHT out the front door. Our kiddos were in heaven!
