About this property

Lake Charlevoix lakefront + hot tub

With 250’ of water frontage, a wrap around deck with a HOT TUB and a pontoon boat available for rent, this home is the perfect place for your family to gather and make memories. Come visit NoMi for a fall color tour, a winter downhill ski trip or our favorite season, summer!

A giant “Lily Pad,” kayaks and paddle boards are available for everyone to enjoy are too! They're kept in a shed by the water .

We also offer a licensed Captained boat for rent. A beautiful 30' Crownline. Inquire!

Please let us know how many cars you will need to park during your stay so we can accommodate. There is one garage slip available and covered storage for bikes.

We live nearby so we can be available on site if needed.

Please message, text or call with any questions. We are available 24/7, but please respect reasonable hours of 8am-9pm unless it's urgent. We want you to have everything you need to enjoy our home and do everything in our power to ensure that is the case!

We love to offer our input if you need suggestions. We can also line up great local babysitters, catering services and family photo shoots to capture your moments and turn them into lifelong memories!

The house is about 4 miles from Boyne City and a short drive (by way of the Ironton Ferry) to Charlevoix. Everything is within reach!
A dock and water toys will be installed as weather allows in the spring. If you’re looking a sandy beach, Whiting Park is less than a mile away and a local favorite.

Parking for 3-4 cars is available at the house. Use of one stall in the two car garage is also acceptable. Inquire about parking your trailer. We can usually accommodate.

We share a driveway with the neighbors. The house is at the end of a long driveway. Come all the way to the back and please do not use their driveway as a turn around.

We have 2 boats for rent, at additional costs. Not included with property rental.

The ability to rent our brand new boat is what make this property unique! Sit back and relax on our 2023 30' open bow Crownline chartered by a licensed Captain!

The experience is customized to the wishes of your group. If you would like a sunset champagne cruise, water side real estate tour, fun water day with the grand kids or a lunch date, we can accommodate. Our Captains are licensed, experienced and familiar with all aspects of Lake Charlevoix.

Wonderful Accommodations

We came to the area for snow skiing, but would gladly return during the summer months. The area is beautiful, views over the lake are stunning, and the house is clean and spacious. Highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful stay! Location was great, home was beautiful, & option to rent boat at dock of home was perfect. Firepit & chairs were fantastic, along w/ hot tub overlooking the water. Owners were very responsive when we had questions during our stay. The late check-in (3pm) and early check out (10am - w/ option to buy later check out of 11am) were not preferable. Otherwise, highly recommend!

Easy and relaxing stay

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. The house was very clean and well appointed. The house location is convenient to services and recreation. Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Early Thanksgiving

We hosted an early Thanksgiving and had a great time! Nice views of the lake, quick access to Boyne City, and a kitchen stocked well enough to handle all the cooking Thanksgiving requires. Host was responsive if needed.

Winter getaway

We stayed at this nice and cozy home for our winter vacation with our family. We came back each day to a nice hot tub. The home has all that you could ask for and more. Everything was as pictured, kitchen had everything you could need, beds were very comfortable and plenty of blankets and towels. The view was gorgeous and the outdoor space was great for my boys to play in. It was a quiet area with beautiful trees around. We will definitely stay again when we vacation here. Highly recommend this! Manager/owner was very responsive too! You will feel right at home!

Absolutely Perfect!

There were 7 women in our group who stayed here. The house is absolutely perfect. There’s plenty of beds, a huge table, lots of seating in the living room, and a spacious kitchen. The house was super clean and well stocked with dishes and towels. The location can’t be beat. You’re close to the SkyBridge, water, wineries, and tons of outdoor activities. We really enjoyed the hot tub after long days of exploring and wineries! The owner asks for suggestions on ways to improve the home and the ONLY suggestion I had was a ladle. Seriously. The house is THAT perfect!
