In the South Ardèche, come and get a change of scenery and rest, a few minutes from the famous "Pont d'Arc", its magnificent gorges, as well as the restitution of the Chauvet cave. Many activities await you: swimming, canoeing, hiking, visits to natural caves, caving, microlighting, discovery of picturesque villages etc...<br>The house of your holiday with private swimming pool, on enclosed land of 800 m2, is located in the residential area "Les Mazes" of the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc, 2.5 kilometres from the centre, in the immediate vicinity by car of shops (restaurants, bars, shops, banks, market, pharmacy, medical centre, supermarket) and 1.6 kilometres from the Ardèche river!<br>The cottage "Beaumel" is a detached house, on one level, of 72 m2, air-conditioned and with a capacity of 4 people.<br>Description of the house:<br>- living room, dining room with open and equipped kitchen<br>- a bedroom with a 140x190 bed<br>- a bedroom with two beds 90x190<br>- a bathroom with WC<br>- a covered terrace (table, chairs, barbecue, parasol, deckchairs and garden furniture).<br>The swimming pool (7.20 m x 3.20 m) is fully secured (barriers and safety gate).<br>Two parking spaces are available.<br>The cottage is non-smoking.<br>Our animal friends are not allowed.<br>Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented.<br>A security deposit of 1000 euros will be required upon arrival.<br>The cleaning price is 130 euros if agreed upon.<br>For more information or to make a reservation, do not hesitate to contact me.
