Wonderful guests. Left the house in great condition. Welcome back anytime! Thank you so much.
This was for sure a cozy home near Anshutz. We were very close to the hospital, which was awesome. The beds were very comfortable, the home was clean, and it had plenty of seating for the 6 of us to sit in the living room area. Having a garage to park in was a bonus. The only thing that was lacking was some kitchen supplies such as, more silverware and larger cooking utensils.
We had a great stay in Aurora! The location was close to shopping, convenient access to highways, quiet location, with parks nearby.Check in and check out was very easy. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. Home was clean and comfortable.Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for the hospitality, Song!
The location of this property was very close
to the hospital, which was the reason we came to town. Enough space for all of us and the beds were very comfortable. Appreciated finding this place and so easy to check in and get around.
We had a very pleasant two-week stay at Song’s place. The home was clean, comfortable, and stocked with plenty of daily necessities, which made it easy to settle in. Having TVs in every bedroom and the ability to park in the garage were definite perks. The front yard was well-lit, and all the linens were soft, clean, and great quality.Song was a thoughtful host and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated.A couple small suggestions that could make future stays even better would be adding hangers in the guest room closets, maybe an egg-crate topper for the beds for extra comfort, and possibly a white noise option for street traffic.Overall, it was a comfortable stay and we’d book again when in the area. Thank you, Song!
New appliances, Huge capacity washer/dryer. Fluffy, comfortable beds. Esthetically pleasing. Clean and well stocked. Played cards at the hightop table. The chairs were a bit uncomfortable for extended periods of time. A couple more towels and hand towels would've been nice, but we had what we needed. Would definitely choose this home again.
The home was very nice. Clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities to make our stay an enjoyable experience.
Highly recommend the home to anyone undergoing treatment at Anschutz.
No complaints, here.
Comfy beds, and the home was exceptionally CLEAN.
Definitely recommend you park your vehicle In the garage (Ask the Owner - Song to leave the garage opener for you).
We had an amazing stay. The home was incredibly accommodating, with every detail thoughtfully provided for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, offering plenty of space for us to unwind. The location was close to local attractions yet still peaceful and private. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway! 10 Stars!
The house is conveniently located a few minutes from major restaurants, hospitals, and anything you could need during your trip. Communication with Song was excellent, and the check-in process was a total breeze. The property is exactly as pictured, very well stocked, and extremely clean. The outside space is partially covered, which is a great plus due to Denver’s ever-changing weather. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. We had a great time and look forward to staying in Song’s home again!

Thank you Ernesto! Hope to host you again in the future.
We hope never to have to stay any other place when we come to visit our 3 sons in Denver. It is a wonderful place, always so nice and clean, well supplied with everything we need to cook all our meals there. Love the big refrigerator and freezer. Also great to have a very comfortable bed and a garage to park in. But the biggest asset to this place is Song, the owner. You could not find a better host, willing to do his best to ensure that you have an excellent stay!

Thanks again Don and Anja for staying with us for the last 3 years! You were great guests and I hope to see you again! 🥰
but my 16 month old twin grandson had major surgery at the children's hospital 5 minutes away. He would need to be there 10 days so his parents and grandparents and twin brother needed to be close by.
This was perfect and comfortable. We could rest, cook and be together.
The host was easy to communicate with and quick to reply.
Baby is doing well!
Two couples stayed at this house for the week while we explored Denver. The house had plenty of space for 4 adults, comfortable couches and all the tools you need to make regular meals. There were many staples (including sufficient paper products) at the house which was helpful so we didn't have to buy but our main meal ingredients. It was also nice to have the grill outside to have a change of pace. The beds were ok but could use a little egg crate but I lean towards a more plush bed style. It was also nice to have tvs in all the rooms and access to a washer dryer. The bathrooms were both upgraded and very clean. The only thing that may need to be looked at is the washer makes a loud noise when it gets started and the guest bath fan is quite loud.
We recently spent 4 weeks at this location due to needed medical treatment at the nearby Anschutz Medical Campus, which is just a few minutes drive away. It's very convenient for that purpose and others.
The house is new and spotlessly clean.
It is furnished very comfortably with a fully supplied kitchen in terms of dishes, pots and pans.
The host is very responsive to any requests. For example, the TVs are smart TVs and we just wanted to be able to watch basic channels. He came right over and put up antennas for us.
There is a park a few steps away with a walking path, and a playground/picnic area if you have young children.
4 blocks away there is a Kings/Kroger store which was very convenient.
The house is also very close to access to highway 225.
It was very helpful having a clean, up to date, comfortable place to stay in trying circumstances
If you're in Aurora for vacation purposes, the location is close to Wings Over the Rockies, The Denver Botanic Gardens, and the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge. (and other places.)
I recommend this house and this host.
